"Sure, Mr. Ashgrove, with pleasure." Billy said, Before advancing deeper inside the forbidden section.

Asoka follows Billy in.

Following the others Samuel makes sure no one is following them.

Inside the forbidden Section he light was even dimmer. The tall imposing bookcases held few books and seemed to lean towards the group. Magic lanterns floated slowly amidst the aisles, their light casting dark shadows on the shelfs.

"Hey guys does anyone else get the feeling they are being watched? It starting to creep me out." Samuel whispers

[Marvelous Miscreant]

One of the many magic lanterns floats slowly towards the assembled students. It's purple light illuminating the aisle and drawing ever closer to the students.

"Ya that's not good. Hey guys move faster this light is getting closer and I don't want to know what happens when we're in it!"

[Philote]

"Didn't Billy say we needed to avoid those? Um....Eric can you push it away with some wind?"

The lantern halts, but does not move back. Its flame begins to glow brighter and brighter. The area of light around begins to expand, closer and closer to the students. The other lanterns sense something is happening and begin to move slowly towards the group.

Billy slaps Eric's hands down.

"We have to move, now!" He says in an earnest whisper. Billy pick Gob up and bolts forward, trying to move quickly and silently in the shadows.

[Philote]

I run after Billy. "Do you think I should try to stop them with a shield wall?" I say between breaths "I don't trust that the sheild walls won't set them off, but we may not have any other choice." I speak in a normal voice, 90% certain that the lanterns don't react to sound the way they react to force and light.

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"No, Mr. Ashgrove's wind set them off. They might sound the alarm if they bump into something on their route. Last resort, last resort...."

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

Moving past the lanterns, Billy begins to think.

"All right, scour the shelves. Look for anything about magical symbols, or red eyes, or the schools history. Anything like that would do."

Billy begins to stealthy pull books from the shelves, and reading them.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Asoka starts checking the titles of the books and checking the contents of only the ones with titles that looked as if they might have to do with what they were searching for.

I scan the books and come upon one that has an image of a sprite that matches the one from my Wing. Curious, I grab the book. The outside is void of any writing, and the words that are inside are unreadable. I stow it away to decipher later.

"It looks like the book isn't in this section." I say. "We are going to have to move deeper into the library."

So, Deeper into the library they proceeded.

I skim through the pages of the book I brought with me, unable to discern what the writings speak of but observing the detailed pictures throughout the book.
