Okay, here's a one shot idea that may or may not have any merit.

Two words....Mutant Gangsters.

When the biologically different meets organized crime. In a world where the human genome has taken a wild turn into uncharted waters and no two people are even remotely similar. Gangs and groups of hired guns, criminal minds and tough as nails brutes unite to conquer the city.

Like the test dungeon for the greater Fantasy RP.

Mostly because I need to work up my willpower to do the actual Fantasy RP..

Of course if we did a one shot I'd suggest one of GV's ideas...They're probably thought out better. The ammount of thought I put into mine doesn't extend past the time it took to draw that image.

Still, lets talk about GV's ideas. Personally I like the Decay idea. "Disgusting bio-horror powers"? Now that's something I could get into. Playing into my wheelhouse.

Like Umbrella Corp playing around with Alex mercer's DNA. I forsee at least one person with acid powers.

I rather like Decay, myself. And the Psychological Aspect deal isn't half-bad, either. Reminds me of that movie Identity.

I rather like the Feeling idea. LoC turned out pretty successfully so far so this one might hold promise as well. Would be interesting if we had a Mind Scape sort of area within the person's mind where our characters existed as the replacement for the continents in LoC. Able to move within the Mind Scape or as Figments in the real world.

I had an interesting idea for a power system as well but no RP system to go with it yet. The power system I have works by each character connecting to an alternate reality. I'll use a Zombie Apocalypse alternate reality as an example to explain.

A person with this power system in the real world appears like a representation of their alternate reality, but retains their same mind. So from the example above, the character would have the appearance and abilities of a zombie but would still be fully sentient and in control of the hunger.

These characters have the ability to travel into and exit their alternate reality at will, but lose their representative form while they do. For example, the zombie character could travel into the zombie apocalypse world but would be a normal human for the duration making it risky but allowing them to travel through certain areas in the alternate reality and obtain anything from the alternate reality.

In the alternate reality, all other humans become non-sentient no matter the theme of the alternate reality but the hostility/threat of the alternate reality is variable.

Characters with this power system can enter into other people's alternate realities and still retain their sentience and representative form. Characters can enter in forcibly by having some connection to the other character but can leave freely at any time.

Time in all alternate realities is synchronized and events in alternate realities continue even if no character is present in the alternate reality.

The main point that interested me was the fact that the characters had to give up their representative forms temporarily to gain access to anything within their alternate reality.

Reminds me sorta of the whole gimmick in Paranatural where they communicate with there patron spirit. Dunno why.

Oh, right, I had one more. Basically like Poker Night at the Inventory but with characters from here. Maybe in some sort of big hotel or bar where people go when they aren't "on set." Ridiculously light.

Alright, I think some inspiration hit me for what I would play as for the Feeling RP. I would play as the Greed/Charity of the person. A character with a split personality.

The character would wear two money bags. One as a mask and the other as a glove over its left hand. When these money bags are worn, the character is in its Charity state, but when they are removed, it changes to its Greed state. I'm imagining the rest of the character design as having this white manikin looking body but I still have to think out the details more on that part.
