It's for an idea I'm working on that would feature reimaginings of some fictional characters..

Oh, well, Dorian Gray comes to mind.

Dracula, of course, and Frankenstein.

The boys from Lord of the Flies (at least the main ones, Ralph, Jack, Piggy, Simon and Roger)

Um, Lestat from Interview with a Vampire

Hannibal Lecter ("Hello Clarice"...)

Let's see...I haven't just sat down and READ a book for the heck of it in AGES...I'll get back to you with some more...

Hm...how's about adding Victor in with his creation, too, now I'm thinking about it.

And Gulliver from Gulliver's Travels.

And Odysseus.

And Sigurd from that Epic Saga that I have as yet to recall the name of...

Even some folks like Robinson Crusoe, Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, Captain Nemo (20,000 Leagues), Captain Ahab, the Pevensies from the Chronicles of Narnia...

and DUH, of course Alice from her adventures in Wonderland.

The story.. idea.. thing.. will draw heavily from Wonderland. :x


It's something ScFi ish..


Basically, two apposing virtual entities were left for a few decades with instructions to replay a game of chess endlessly. Time goes on, and the game gets more and more convoluted. Eventually, it gets exposed to a literature database.. Then the various "Pieces" begin to adopt the personalities of various individuals..

Um, it's less an Ooh, more of an "Ooooo"

Think less "Yu-Gi-Oh!" and more "Scooby Doo"

But personally I'd go for a story, since it has THAT kinda plot. That way you have time to develop it into its full potential, and it goes the way you want it to, without mixing perspectives. It'll be less confusing if you develop it on your own, with only suggestion input from any of us.

Okay, okay, you haven't sucked for 5 minutes now...

Anyways, do you think you'll have the time to catch up to where the RP currently is, and give some feedback? I'm not worried about you adding, I've got it covered to be honest. I just think I'd like somebody to help me figure out if its any good or not.
