very nice 667, with that last post...but I'm wondering.

1. McShay Cathedral...how'd it get built so fast? I'm guessing geokinetics were at work.

2. How did our redheaded elemental friend do away with the overlord? Vaporization? Banishing him to another dimension? Collapsing the elemental sphere around him?

3. This is just the wake, so are we gonna go through the funeral, too, or will we just skip to the 'epilogue' of this arc?

1) McShay Cathedral? Uh...umm...a genie. LOL JK, probably a team of geokinetics.

2) She used all of her powers' net influence to completely erase Trelaine. No signs of a ghost or spirit have been reported on the site where he died, and the Second Law prevents him from being totally erased...but so far, no serious leads have been opened. But it is for sure he is never coming back.

3) There is kinda an epilogue right after Tamara is interred, where Jack talks to an acquaintance and Dane Trelaine gets wrapped up, but after that it's you-all's again.

You know... that's not actually that bad an idea. Somebody (I nominate me) could fairly easily compile it all into novel format, smooth out some of the spelling and grammatical errors... and I bet this could be published.

doesn't matter to me...but I do wanna know how long we'll be in Texas, and what we intend to accomplish here

I was actually hoping that Texas would be a minor stop, but if you want a spaghetti western interlude, I'm TOTALLY down with it.

I was hoping that (since we have like a 7 person group plus 3 almost to New Orleans) that we could sort of divide the group up into three parties in Odessa. One would ride the rails to Indianapolis, the other would go to Chicago, and the third would head to New Orleans.

So who's going to Odessa out of the group? I'm assuming that most of the resistance will be staying in Santa Fe and the original group that was formed way back in Cabral will be moving on, but are there any exceptions?

Everyone's headed to Odessa. From there, it's off to Chicago, Indy, and New Orleans.

By everyone, I mean Jack, Ivan, Tessa, Nadia, Fitz, Pierce, Wayne, and Damien (so Wayne doesn't have to kill him, and because he's kinda interested in what they're doing).

Kitty and Vicious left for parts unknown--but we will see Vicious again--Quentin and Tock left more or less together, and the rest of them stayed behind in Santa Fe.

I'm thinking the group that first met in Cabral should be the one to head for Louisiana...I had an idea for how they meet the Overlady...

or am I misunderstanding? Is the group that first assembled in Cabral (Ivan, Wayne, Jack, Tessa, Nadia, Fitz) as well as Damien, going to split up into groups? Or are they ONE of the groups split off from the resistance that followed under Tamara?

This was my conception for the groups.

Wayne + Damien to Louisiana. They meet up with Ben, Francesca and Byne to total 5 people.

Jack + Nadia + Ivan + Fitz go to Indianapolis.

Pierce + Flores + Tessa + Mark Yamada go to Chicago.


(This might get changed as there are like 5 billion people in Our Heroes' party and no mere mortal can keep track of them.)
