Give me your ruthless, vile, lecherous types. Give them shady powers and black hearts. Go crazy, fellas. I want this to be an interesting group.

and I'm wondering, which did you put Ivan as being...he seems kinda the dumb brute of the group, kinda as I intended, but would you say you put him as a hero or one of the moral-grey folks???

Shadowwulf, could you write the next episode? I feel bad for hogging the tale--even though people like what I do, I see a not -too-distant future where I've taken over the story, and that was never the intent of the RP.

okey dokey...you know what's in Brazil? I know it's got fruit markets and nice beaches, and you said they're headed to a mesa town. Anything else...?

The mesa town is almost like that little village in "Zuko Alone"--no real amenities, driven largely by the barter system and precious metals as money. There's also a strong gladiator tradition and a conman could make an easy living there (your Pierce, Jack Flash, etc.).

Ooooh....so are we just spreading the word that Wayne has the stone? Like, his entourage kinda spreading the word and making their way?

Yeah, but Wayne's not really the guy with the rock. Jack's gonna want to guard it jealously--even though it has no real energy, its power lies in people THINKING it does and then acting like it does.

okey dokey...just wanted to know how they would all be acting in the town...it's gonna be fun. So, how long would you say the travel to that mesa town would be?

Oh, that doesn't matter. A day, maybe. But I really don't think it's important. That scene could probably go along the lines of:

"Man, that was some period of time we traveled"

"I know right?"

mmkay, I'll go with like a day. I think we should have some convo along the way anyway. Makeup for some lost time what with me not having internet for a few days. Do they have transportation? Or is that up to me?

Up to you. There are plenty of post-apocalyptic biker gangs and generally repairable abandoned military vehicles around the Southwest (because of the foreign invasion), but those fellas would be perfectly capable of walking there, too.

hm...I'm thinking transportation. Not really a fan of them camping out, unless they encounter some of those biker folks you mentioned. Then again...thinking...thinking...thinking...I got something. Maybe.
