Well, to kill them, all you have to do is keep the person in the firing line of a gun which senses body heat. When they revive, their body produces heat and they get shot. Eventually, they will die, no matter how many times they revive, especially with an hour of powerlessness to leave them without offensive, defensive or escape powers.
