Empowerment Trade:
The ability to give a power of your to someone on the condition they give one of theirs to you. Pros: -Give your allies powers without losing yours (including this one). -Get powers from those you give powers to. -Neither party loses their powers. Cons: -Partner must have a power to give you a power (i.e. this power, Friendly Power Gifting, etc). -Cannot get a power without giving one to someone. -Essentially restricted to people who already have powers.

No, but I might make a power called "Power Trade" which does give away powers, though Power Backup* and Power Backup Ability* would allow you to retain it.
This is like Friendly Power Gifting*, only the other person needs to give you a power in return. If they don't have a power to give you a power, give them this power; you essentially get a power for free. Best combined with 50/50 Superpower Granting* or similar to give them a superpower and acquire said power from them.
