By the way, I'm trying to think of power to name after Philote, as the prize for guessing the inspiration for Reincarnation 2: Soulstone was a power to be named after that person. It may be this one, with Philote automatically getting it.

Ultraviolet Pyrokinesis


Basically fire so hot that it can only be seen in the ultraviolet spectrum and it can EVAPORATE things instead of burning them.

Turn them directly from solid to liquid? That's called sublimation, which occurs in some carbon-based substances, such as CO2 and diamonds. However, they do have a liquid form if under certain conditions.

So yes, it is possible, the only seen in ultraviolet light? Don't think so.

Then again, we're talking about superpowers here, so anything is possible. I light the "can only be seen in ultraviolet light" bit, because you could sneak up on an enemy with the power active.

I have one thats more like my ideal version of a power thats already on the list that Im not sure if I could ever get it posted.
Name: Dictator's Psychic Network
The ability to enthrall people into a psychic network under your dominion
Though when in use, this may resemble some form of telepathic mind control, this power has one static, unflinching function. You can single out a target and attempt to affect them (whether or not you succeed is the same as whether or not a mind controller with the same level of power and skill would succeed at controlling them). If you succeed, they gain at least one psionic power, and permanently enter your network.
The Good:
You have free access to any and all psychic powers in the network, so you get lots of powers
Each person in the network makes all psychic powers in it grow stronger
People do not even know they are in the network/that they have powers unless you permit them
The Bad:
This power only lets you control their psychic powers, not anything else about the person
Some can resist being subjugated, and you're entirely dependent on other people for power
They might find out about their powers, in which case you'll have to disable their abilities

Three powers I've been trying to figure out a way to get through.
Artifact-Power Manager: A power that gives you access to a pocket dimension where you automatically store any item-based superpower (like the Moonblades) so they can't get stolen or left behind (assuming they are a permanent object rather than something you summon at will).
Power Mastering: Pretty simple. Automatically fulfills the time, training, practice, whatever-limits on developing your powers to their fullest ability.
New forms of the "Strange Visitor" and "Pantheon By Day" powers: I'd want Ghostdog's okay on this, but I'm thinking about adding a few like those (mainly strange visitor) where you can turn into any fictional character of a category. I'm thinking psions/psychics, magic users, (NON-OMNIPOTENT) gods (to complement Pantheon By Day's 'actually-believed-in gods'), maybe mutants or undead, etc.
