FLCL= manga/anime whose plot is incredibly hard to follow that involves an insane female space cop, giant fighting robots, a serial arsonist girl, super powred guitars, a flying moped, portals to anywhere in the universe located in peoples foreheads, a giant pheonix, and an evil space organization which isn't seen throughout either.

powers that could be made based on this:

Summon any of the characters

utalize the insane illogical plot and warp the worlds reality to follow the same direction

super powered indestructable guitars which make the user capable of flight, the guitars can slice through entire buildings.

Become eaten by a robot to become a super fighting machine

etc.

What about this (hope it's not too overpowered):
Name: Religious Omnipotence:
Description: God has given you the responsibility of controlling the universe. You can do anything, but you must maintain the balance of the universe. In addition, you must keep believers, else you lose your power completely. If you aren't a very good god or lose your power, God comes back, erases the changes and retakes his place in the universe. No power can eliminate the cons of this power.
Pros:
-Have ultimate power.
-Don't need to worry about Omni Vampire or any "normal" powers.
-Have people worshiping you.
Cons:
-The needs of the universe!
-Keeping Christians close to their faith -can't control free will.
-If you mess up, God takes over, restores the universe and you resume normal life (could be a pro).

Yes, I got the idea from Bruce Almighty. I had another idea for a "safe" form of omnipotence, but it kinda developed a mind of it's own, ending up with a completely different power.
