The Controller's gonna be Overlord of California now, since I forgot and accidentally made Chris Parker Overlord of New York.

Another of the lands to be featured in the next arc. If you want to participate, better get your bids in, now. Great place to start, and doesn't need much catch-up.

Third empire for the next arc of Evolutionist's Stone. Sign-ups are available now. And by signing up, I mean, putting a post here saying that you want to participate.

And another empire which will be featured in the next Evolutionist's Stone arc. If you would like to head this one, or be a part in its workings, then please let me know your interest. The arc will not be for a while, so there's no rush.

This is two years old.

Two. Years.

That's as many as 730 days!

And that's just terrible..

Do you still want it?

Will you do anything with it? Revamp it, rework it, change, add, delete, critique?

I'm going to rework it.

I'm not certain what it was like, but it can be improved and made into a more cohesive whole.

Well, you've got plenty of time. I'm gonna try to get four (4) to five (5) pages out of each of the current arcs before moving onward to what will probably be the final leg of the Evolutionist's Stone.

Should I tone down the undead thing?

It's up to you. Each land can be as tame or as extreme as the land's designer desires. You know GV's flair for a jazzy mix of mundane and esoterica, and he's vying for Las Vegas.

Likewise, there will be a couple lands that promote wild illicit drugs and debauchery, a couple that promote hostility toward supers, old people, ugly people, etc, etc. A nation of atheists or Satanist God-haters. A bunch of eco-terrorist tree-huggers (like the icy empire of the North and South Pole that I'm working on). Aryans, all-men, all-women, an evil child hive-mind headed by a youth-vampire, goths, Lady Gaga fans, sports junkies, undead and mutants, mages and shamans, gamers and tech nerds, super-rich normals and super-poor supers etc, etc, ad infinitum.

It's yours. Your land. Your rules. Make of this empire what you will, occupying what lands you will, with what royalty and what servants and subjects you will. The more creative and fun, the better. Within reason, of course (pretty please no nation of New Beginning style reality benders or uber-powerful demons), but otherwise, go nuts.

Ah.

Let's not let this go into a.. tirade.

Do with it what you will. After all, the Overlord is meant to fall. And if we just happen to have a fellow that sacrifices Christians to lions, or makes gays fight one another to the death, all the more reason to want them good and dead.

Anybody want to discuss where the Overlords/Overladies and Warlords/Warladies will be located for the new ESRP (or as Zale affectionately calls it, Evo Stone RP)? Then I will gladly take questions, comments and concerns in this line of threads.

This will make the conversation much easier to follow, since it was originally a separate thread intended for this kind of conversation, anyhow.

Here we can discuss their style of rule (government), their locations and domains and territories, their subjects, their henchmen, their plots and plans, their history, etc.

And eventually, we ill get around to a list of the folks in power, and important members of their regimes.

Can I keep Alton in charge of Nevada? He's the kind of antagonist I like. Not really evil, but his personal philosophy will inevitably bring him into conflict with the protagonist because of some of the things it permits.

This post was updated on .
I actually had hoped we could keep many (if not all) of the Overlords in the same places, and instead of rearranging or omitting Overlords, maybe adding a few more.

Caleb Trelaine- New Mexico
Lisa-Lee Cade- Louisiana
The Mover- Indiana
Ella Camphrey- Chicago
Lillith Vandal-Savage- Boston
Chris Parker- New York
Dama Verde- Mexico (a great chunk of it)
The Controller- California (a great chunk of it)
Alton- Nevada
Melissa Regina Bea- Canada (a great chunk of it)
Ufar the Undaunted- Egypt
Buck Lynch- Texas
Cameron Williams- Florida (a great chunk of it)
Day Alexander- Mississippi
Fred Annullin- Alabama
Samantha Trelaine- Australia

And also plans for some international territories, including elsewhere in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Oceans/Seas, and the Poles (both of which claimed by the same empire).

Oh, yeah, and the President has grabs on most of Washington, DC, with other teeny, tiny little fiefdoms elsewhere throughout the States.

Though, some I may be willing to compromise on... to add or omit.

Re: Overlord/Warlords

Do you know what kind of logistical nightmare controlling both poles would be?

Why do you even do anything in Antarctica, it's a barren wasteland. The most inhospitable desert in the entire world on top of being completely cold. Inner Antarctica is literally unlivable by anything less than water bears, and those things can survive in the vacuum of space.

This is news to me.

The fact that someone claimed both poles, that is.

Re: Overlord/Warlords

Why would you even claim a pole? The poles suck! You would have to kidnap people and bring them to the poles because you wouldn't have anyone to rule otherwise. And then grab a new batch when the first one either froze, starved to death, or died of radiation poisoning.
