The Skull Army is a faction of the overlords. Known for it's mercenary work and legions of the undead, It boasts one of the largest armies of all the factions.

There are multiple branches and organizations that make up the skull army.

The largest and most important are

The Crypt Dancers, The Frozen Eye, and The Abomination Makers.




An arm of the faction dedicated to preserving and expanding the undead army. Most of the members of this faction possess the ability to reanimate and control the dead. They are often generals and commanders for the undead potion of the army.

The Abomination Makers are a group of chemists and geneticists that create sick, twisted creatures for the Skull Queens army. Abominations are created out of dead tissue, and Chimera are created from living tissue. Few of either are intelligent.

The Skull army controls most of former Europe.

Policy

The people living in The Skull Armies lands are fanatically obedient as a result of the telepathic mind-viruses created and spread by The Frozen Eye's telepaths. Rebellions are extremely uncommon and usually detected and squashed before they can develop.

The Skull Army will accept any deal (Mercenary or otherwise) for the right price, Any deal from anyone.

Mercenary groups usually consist of 40 or so undead and a necromancer controlling them, as well as a few telepaths of the Frozen Eye.

Undead
 
  Lesser
     Lesser Undead are little more than moving corpses. They are created by reanimating a corpse. While sometimes refereed to as "zombies", They are not infectious. Guns are virtually useless against them as they don't feel pain, and no amount of internal injury can kill them. Decapitation or incineration are the best options. These take stupid to a whole new level, requiring very very simple orders or they simply stand on the spot.
   
   Greater
      Greater Undead share many characteristics with zombies, but they retain mind and memory.  Can only be created by The Warlady.

Abominations
   Abominations are grown from the D.N.A of dead human bodies, But not just any bodies, they are grown from the dead bodies of superhumans. This info is top secret, and very few but the Overlady and her top scientist know. It is kept top secret because even some other Overlords would not be comfortable with this (Not to mention people of her own faction.)

 Skinstealers
     Monstrous creatures that take on the appearance of another by eating them whole. They resemble tall thin eyeless humanoids when not morphed. These are grown mostly from dead shapeshifters.  

 Brunts
     These look like large muscular humanoids. They are stupid and vicious, possessing inhuman strength and regenerative powers. These are grown from dead super-strong humans.
   
   Brain Eaters
     Small telepathic worms that eat their way through a person's brain, gaining their knowledge as the eat. Thankfully, Rare.
   These are grown from dead telepaths.


Chimeras
  Chimeras are made by splicing D.N.A from different animals. Bio and Genetic manipulators are used to increase the chances of success.

    Rhinears
       A mixuture of a rhino and a bear. With the head and skin of a rhino, and the claws and teeth of a bear. They can stand upright, and have a temper worse than both animals combined.

   Screamers
        Large hairless bat creatures. They have an enormous mouth and can create sonic blasts.

    Chutlu Wannabes
         Made as a joke, these resemble angry squids. Mostly harmless.
   
    Dragoes
     Snakes crossed with lizards. These resemble oriental dragons, but with venom and a nasty temper.

    Griffos
     Griffin like creatures. They can fly.

General Info


Reanimation
   
   Reanimation is one of the most common superpowers used in the faction. It draws from the users natural psionic energy reserve to animate a dead body. The dead body can then be moved and controlled by the animator, due to the amount of their own psionic energy saturated in the body. This makes them something of a morbid puppet master. Because dead bodies drain psionic energy from the user to keep in motion, only a limited number of bodies can be animated at one time by a person. The general limit is determined by the person's psionic energy reserves. People with more psionic energy can keep more bodies animated. However, even with a huge amount of psionic energy, a person can only control so many bodies at once. This is because the bodies are controlled by the person's mind. This works due to the large amount of a person's psi energy in the body, leading to the person's mind thinking of the dead body as an extension of their own. They are controlled the same way your arms or legs are, less of a command and more of a automatic response. However, the person's mind can only control so many bodies before strain sets in. The general limit is 30-40 bodies, though some exceptional people manage to control up to 60.

Right now they are in the US.... maybe a backwater town but still within the power of probably another overlord(s)

So we might need some other sort of overlord in the US...... maybe a technological empire how does that sound?????

She is very intelligent and has no problems with ordering a massacre to solve a problem. Di spite this she is very charismatic. Through a combination of telepathic hypnosis and propaganda, Most people in her territory view her with an almost god-like connotation.

Knowledge-  Tactics and psychological warfare.

Skills- Though she rarely uses it, she is skilled in acrobatics and some martial arts. ( Used as last resort). Most people, Even her own underlings, are unaware of this.

Nonskills-  Taking an insult, Marksmanship.

        The power to reanimate and control corpses. (Non magical)
   
    Sub-powers- Immunity to some death-based attacks.
   
    Power Scale 10- She is capable of raising many corpses simultaneously without touching them.  And they always obey.
   
    Control Scale  4- She has some control over this power, but often uses it without meaning to.


Power-  Life Force Manipulation
                 
               The ability to absorb, transfer, and use life energy for various effects.
   
    Sub-powers-  Immunity from life absorbtion, Regeneration, Eternal Youth, Longevity, Healing, Enhanced Strength/Speed/Stamina. (See below for details)
   
    Power Scale  6- Can absorb by touch, and can only absorb small amounts otherwise.
   
    Control Scale 10-  Has total control over this ability.

       Techniques(Things she can use her power to do.) Any ability that has * In front of it uses some of her life force reserve and using all of it is lethal.

            Vampire Touch- She can use this ability to drain the life force out of anyone she touches, Making it her own.
 
            *Eternal Youth- She can use life energy to keep herself young. Can also be used on others.

             *Longevity- A side effect of having so much life energy is that (Barring accidents or murder) you live longer. Works on a year for month basis, A year's worth of life force gives you a month of life more.

              *Regeneration- Uses raw life force to accelerate healing. Can rapidly drain life force.

              *Healing- A rarely used facet of her abilities allows her to heal others using life force.

              *Enhanced Physical Attributes- She can increase her speed, strength, and stamina at a cost of life force.


Because of her some abilities requiring life force, she rarely uses them unless needed. She also spends a great deal of time absorbing others life force to insure that she has an enormous reserve just in case.  Most of her people view this as a huge honor even if she kills them in the process of absorption.


I just picked a person for the picture from an anime, because I watch more of those than real-life shows and didn't want to look at random pictures to find one that fit.

Phobias-  If she is scared of anything, she doesn't show it.  She just shoots it.

Personality- Logical, Methodical, Stoical, and very loyal. Its hard to tell what she's thinking. This is dangerous because you can't tell if she is about to kill you for some reason. She tries to solve every problem in the most direct way possible.  If some horrible abomination against all that is right and natural appeared, she would shoot it in the face.. Several times.

=Skills=

Knowledge-  Acrobatics, Marksmanship, Martial Arts, 1000 ways to kill someone.

Skills- She could be lethal with just a paper clip and some tape. Can use most kinds of weapons.

Nonskills-  Dealing with people. At all. Any.

Power- Psi-Bullets
           Can use psychic energy as ammo for gun. Can also fire these from her hands.
   
    Sub-powers- Resistant to psionic energy attacks.
   
    Power Scale-  4- Has twice the force of a normal bullet.
   
    Control Scale- 6- Fires at will.

Power-  Enhanced Agility
           
             Better than a normal person, but not quite super-agility.
   
    Sub-powers-  Lands on feet, can back flip while shooting you in the face.
   
    Power Scale  6- Can do seemingly impossible feats of acrobatics.
   
    Control Scale  N/A- Always active.


Cupid relies less on her powers, and more on her combat skills.

Ella Camphrey is Overlord of Chicago.

Fred Anullin is Overlord of a huge swath of the South. Ruling in her own territory (about equal in size) is Lisa-Lee Cade.

(The others, I really dunno.)

Other locations I'm planning on taking us to might include New Orleans, Kansas, Odessa TX, West Virginia/Virginia, Old DC, Florida, Canada. (Some of those are fake. Oh, the suspense!)
