A contract isn't divine because of the person who wrote it. It's the way it's written actually. the language it's written in kind of has the same affect as Ultimate Authority. And if you sighn it all immunities are null, but if your lucky there are a few loopholes.

yes, actually it IS who wrote it, in addition to how it's written. The two combined effects make the contract un-go-back-on-your-word-able...

Like say if I just drew up a contract. I was appointed by primordial elemental beings who came into existence shortly after the whole "Garden of Eden" incident. They would count as divine by your definition, and thus, being appointed by them, so would I.

But you all know I'm not divine. Just because I follow a divine order as Penultimate, doesn't make ME divine.
