This is where we post the happenings of the "How would you react" thread. If you need to name yourself, please use a false name.

I'll start:
Date: On 21 December, 2012
Time: 7:00 am.
My alarm clock goes off, waking me up and I realize I have a strange feeling in my head. The alarm clock then flies out the window. I go to get breakfast, for some reason getting to the kitchen instantly. However, the room is nice and warm, somehow eliminating my hunger. Well, at least that's one thing sorted, so I'll watch TV; "hang on, where's the remote?" "there it is, on the table" I grab it from range "how am I doing this? It seems like telekinesis, which doesn't exist."

I get dressed, but I try to do it with my mind, which works. Wait a second, everything I have done can be explained by four powers; Telekinesis, Space Time Manipulation, Heat Eater and Power of Imagination (or another form of reality warping) which I happen to possess of The Superpower List. I wonder if I have any other powers from my profile? Okay, I'm clearly either high or still dreaming.

I walk outside and use Rune Master to fly and one of my MythPowers to be invisible. Time to find Shadowulf1, WHD and Bug10000 to make my alliance come true!

Aaaagh! Why can't I fly straight? I still need to get used to flying.

I know! Why not jumpstart my Intuitive Aptitude? It will let me understand my powers perfectly and if I start wanting to rip out people's brains, I can always block it again with Ability Cancellation!

I activate the Intuitive Aptitude and not only manage to fly straight but how I could find WHD. I follow it's advice, teleporting to a place I think was North America, over the USA, when I see another person on the horizon. I approach the figure, who says he is WHD. I can't be sure, but how many people would be hovering above America at this time of day? I suddenly get the urge to examine his brain, so I block my Intuitive Aptitude. I then link to him with Power Sharing, Pack Invulnerability and (through Author Power MImicry) Reincarnation 5: Soul Link. Good luck killing us now!

We head off to try to find our next target: Shadowulf1.

"Ugggghhhhhh. I hate it when I wake up early. maybe I'll play some Maplestory" suddenly, I'm teleported in front of the computer, and begin to play Maplestory, the clock says 5:40. "Huh, I could have sworn the clock said 6:00 before, and how did I get down here." I begin to stroke the screen. "I love Maplestory, all the cool weapons & armor & characters." When I pull my hand away, I'm holding Ryden, wearing my character's armor, & I see a golem behind me, dressed in a warriors outfit. " Wow. I thoght that I might have been dreaming before, but now I know I am. But why waste a perfectly good, in fact awesome, dream. Oh Neo, come down here, I have a surprise for you." I call as I notch an arrow.

In this you're not just fighting; you have to give explanations of how you discover your powers.
You get to do anything you want to -make planets, conquer cities, keep the peace or simply sit back and relax.

In this story, you do what you think you would do if you were granted powers in reality.

Dec. 21 2012, about 6:45 am.

I wake up and I see plenty of weird things that don't belong there.

Most notably several pokeballs, a duel disk, I find that I'm wearing a green lantern ring and in my closet there is ironman's suit.

If anyone came in here they would think that I'm a total geek.

Thinking this is some lame joke or some sort of dream, I throw a pokeball saying go pikachu.

Then a real pokemon came out.

It really didn't look like the way it does in tv. It was hairy and what not.

Pretty soon I realized that I can summon anything from any piece of fiction and it works.

This was Fictional World Interblending.

Curious I activate and send out my pokemon to investigate and find that this effect covered the expanse of one city and several people were surprised with Pokemon, Digimon, and Yugioh and most of the little kids were having fun.

Of course this included snow and a fierce looking Old Man Winter.

Pretty soon there was a crash and there was a mecha driven by....

Dr. Doom

and another one by Lex Luthor.

They looked exactly like they did in the comics and tv only they were real.

This was going to be  a mess.

I took a look at my watch it had been 2 hrs.

My parents were surpisingly gone and I was left with Vickie.

I thought of looking for my goldfish bowl then realized that it was stolen by two garden gnomes that just sneaked into my room.

Cursing.

I decide to take matters into my own hands.

I created a green duplicate of me with the ring.

Then I switch into my ironman costume to go outside and stop the two rampaging mecha.

I'm joined by......Superman

I almost coughed....Superman was my math teacher.

Why was he my math teacher?

Then I realized.....this is fictional world interblending.

Everyone was being affected and were becoming their favorite characters---they were even starting to think that they are the characters.

Suddenly I had the urge to resist.

What am I thinking? I'm being drawn into my own power.

I'm saving the city because my characters would be saving the city not because I wanted too.

It is with this that I sealed myself in a protective ball to isolate myself from the mind controlling effects of my own power.

Suddenly a mysterious man shows up in my protective ball.

"Hello, boy"

It was the devil himself.

What have I done?

WHD and I fly down.
"Hey Wish, where might Shadowulf1 be?" "Okay, either you don't know or your not willing to tell us."
"Must, cut, heads, of villains!" Sorry, my Intuitive Aptitude fired up again.

"Hey WHD, lets try to find Shadowulf1's planet; maybe he has already created it and has settled it!"
We continue on to find Shadowulf1 and/or his planet.

Wish is confused and astonished there are people unaffected by his power.

P.S.---Are we supposed to stay in character or do we just do what we want?

Just do what you think you would do if you got powers; essentially anything you want.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

I wake up, in the bed of my immense palace (due to Author Power Mimicry, I has MythPower: Ode to the Oneiroi, and combined with Power of Imagination, I seem to have dreamed my planet into existence; here I am referred to as Penultimate).

Terryffinda: Good morning, Master Penultimate...

Penultimate: Hello, there...where's Brutus?

Terryffinda: He's off to his afternoon chores...

Penultimate: Don't you mean morning chores?

Terryffinda: It's 3:45pm sir...

Penultimate: Are you questioning me??? I know what time it is! Y'know, my Chronopathy? Ugh. Anyways, it's time for breakfast.

I head downstairs, where my breakfast is waiting for me (my servant Nikolai is intuitive like that), and after my breakfast of  various fruits, vegetables, and exotic never-heard-of before meats, drinks and pastries, MythPower: Philote's Affection allows me to sense that my allies may be paying me a visit in a short while (or a long while if they have yet to learn how to control their abilities)...

Wish then realizes that he can instantly master his powers using the superpowerlist and targetting intuitive aptitude and con negation.

Letting him have stable powers. Then he realizes that there may be problems with the civiilians dealing with the stress. He decides that a mind wipe is unethical and decides to instead transport all the superpowered beings away to the new planet.

Sorry but I don't think Earth is safe enough for superpowers..... yet

I am suddenly hit with a thought: maybe Shadowulf1's planet could be found with Clairvoyance. I access WHD's copy, find the location of his planet and teleport there. We appear inside a magnificent palace, where everyone seems to be talking about a being called the "Penultimate" who we come to think is Shadowulf1, so we find him. When we get to him, he seems like he has just eaten breakfast -a BIG breakfast.

I make him part of our group using Pack Invulnerability, Power Sharing and (through Author Power Mimicry) Reincarnation 5: Soul Link. I then ask him "can I use the attic or basement to make a base? We just came here from earth, where everything is going to hell." I now await an answer.

"You technically could use either one; I personally don't care, but the attic should be just fine, Myself..."

Terryffinda: Myself ? What sort of name is Myself?

Penultimate:  What sort of name is Terryffinda?

Terryffinda: Good point . Nice to meet you, Myself ; I'll make sure the other servants know you're here so we don't have any mix-ups...

Terryffinda goes off to alert the other servants that one of the Penultimate's allies has made a journey here, and will be staying a while. She returns with a nice itinerary of all the different things there are to do on Celadon.

"Where the heck am I"  I'm floatng in an infinite expanse of black space.

"The nexus." I look to my right and  see the Jester floating above me.

"You mean the infinite expanse of space where no reality has yet to come to exist?" I asked.

"Bingo"

"Great...so why are we here? I'm pretty sure the universe hasn't ended yet."

"True, but some idiot has caused a warp in reality that caused the powers from that list you've been researching to come into existence."

"Great, but that doesn't explain why we're here."

"It's for your training, becausae the list came into existence we now have a slurry of omnipowered monsters trying to destroy all of existence."

"Well isn't that great."

"Indeed, now let's begin."  The Jester waved his arms and a wave of monsters, weapons, bombs, stalactites, darkness, and every other thing imaginable began to rush at me.

"Come on!!!!!!!!!" I yelled.

Thanks . I think I'll take the attic.

I go upstairs, open The Door and start making a base . When I'm finished, I use Residence Protection (through Author Power Mimicry) to stop any uninvited people from entering Shadowulf1's palace and give WHD and Shadowulf1 invitation rights (as I automatically have them).

I then head to earth, where new superhumans have come into existence and old ones have returned from Wish's planet. I arrive in the middle of a brawl, where some people have made gangs of superhumans using power bestowal abilities. Clearly, I'll need to fix up this street brawl, at least. I enter the fight and teleport them all to WHD's base, to learn how to control/not abuse their powers.

When I arrive at WHD's base, I remind him of Residence Protection, hoping he'll use it on the base. I give one room Power Negation using Ability Imbuing, to hold the rebellious types.

P.S. If you want to refer to yourselves and not me, simply use a lower-case 'm'. Use upper-case 'm' when you are refering to me.

As for myself, I is going to spend a nice day exploring the Dwarves' Mines or the Neverending Forest or something...

Penultimate: At the risk of sounding incredibly cliche and perhaps being sued by Marvel, "My Chaos Sense is Tingling..."

*Zooms up into the air using Wind Affinity and phase through it using Leto's Grace (It DOES allow intangibility ) and zoom off into outer space, which I'm protected from thanks to Oath of Ouranos. Time to visit Earth again, where I am no longer Penultimate, just plain old Shadowulf...however, I didn't come for pleasantries...

"This is FOOLISHNESS! Pure and utter BALDERDASH, with a heaping helping of RUBBISH and POPPYCOCK on the side! Aaargh! Can you people be any LESS orderly and calm?!?!?!" I scream angrily, finally landing amongst the chaos.

As though to answer my question, a huge flippin BOULDER out of nowhere is tossed at my head...unfortunately, my story's being told in hindsight, and I didn't see the rock coming at the time...

Anybody gonna help me?

Luckily, Shadowulf1 was included in our Pack Invulnerability, so he merely got knocked unconscious.

I realize he is on earth due the Reincarnation 5: Soul Link, so I go to visit him. I see him lying on the ground, unconscious. People start throwing rocks at me, but Impenetrable Field protects me. I use a small electric shock to bring him round.

He wakes up and I say "ah, Shadowulf1, you were out cold for a while there, so I shocked you awake" he asks what is going on around here, so I say "some idiots with power gifting powers went crazy and made superpowered armies, who are now fighting amongst each other."

Wish is currently on his little planet which is the same as earth but with superpowered people.

Hmm....I'm bored.

It's kinda boring with all the powers in the world.

(PS. if i really had all the powers that I possessed on the website I really wouldn't do anything other than prevent the catastrophic results of my own powers.....Kinda boring to have all the powers-----since you don't have anyone you want to use it against in real life.)

Hahahaha......I hear the voices of the demon that I accidentally created on the first day I had powers.

Hammered by that logic I admitted that yes it was probably true and yes he would probably be nigh invincible since he is the devil from my rendering of him with the power to match my current powers.

Yeah my own imagination is my enemy

Well just goes to show that with great powers come great enemies I guess.......
