New Beginning 22: Once Upon a New Beginning...

Suzu looks at the new battle then says in a bored voice, "I bet 5 ducats on the one named Zale. The other guy's not following a code of good sportsmanlike conduct."

[Humunculi]

The wind whips appear to of made contact with me but my body fades into the fog as they hit.

The Innocent One: in a booming while yet childish voice appears to be speaking down from the clouds "Hey!!! That could of seriously hurt!!!!"

Right as the word hurt rolls off my lips I materialize beside Zale and I swing downward a massive 100,000 ton toy hammer at him

(@suzu, sorry, im just trying to play each of humunculi's personalities as i think they would act, also if you tell me what is frowned on as the battle goes so i kno what not to do i would appreciate it)

[Zaleramancer]

I smash into the ground, leaving an indented outline in stones below.

"You are aware that weapon can't possibly hurt me by virtue of the Cartoon Laws of 19242, right?"

Rolling into a standing position, I twirl the sword around, creating a spinning and growing vortex.

"Let's try this again. It seemed to bother you before."

I unleash the tornado towards him.

[Humunculi]

The innocent one is picked up by the tornado and goes spinning through the sky until the instant my body comes in contact with the fog then my body disperses as if it is fog.

The Jester: all grows silent again, then you begin to hear http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pc1tZgr9zqU fade into the background and 7 of me appear to appear around zale in a circle. all of Me's begin jumping and dance in synch with each other around zale all while saying "Where am i?" Can you find me?" in a creppy insane voice
 

[Zaleramancer]

"What a terrible thing, how can I choose?"

My shadow begins to roil.

"Oh, right, I can just stab all of you!"

A spinning scythe shoots up from it, which I catch lightly, allowing the blue sword to vanish.

Several rings on the scythe jingle cheerfully as I spin into a rapid 360 degree slice.

[Humunculi]

The Jester: "WRONG!!! TEHEHE!!!" My holograms disappear  "I'm below you!"

arms comes up from the ground and grab zale by the ankle

The Jester: "and right beside you"

2 of my bodies shoot up from the ground and attempt to grab you and pull you flat on the ground

The Jester: "AND ABOVE YOU!!"

I materialize in the sky, falling in a line straight at you with a diamond glove that is imbued with magic, i cause it to grow 10x's its size, then i break the space time barrier and attempt to land my hit on zale, before i try to land my hit on zale

(Ummm, Humunculi, just as you're roleplaying each of your character's personalities, I'm doing the same thing with Suzu. Don't worry about it. Oh, and don't forget that Suzu's the servant and Crescent, who prefers not to say much, is the master.)

(Actually, I'll say this now so that you know for next time, but don't do an automatic hit on your opponent. When roleplaying don't do automatic hits, because it's like taking control of the other person's character which is generally considered rude if you're not given permission to do so. You don't have to alter your previous post but do keep it in mind.)

[Zaleramancer]

I glance ponderously at the hand clutching my ankle, then at the hands grasping up at the ground.

Hands. Fist descending from the sky. White sword on ground. Hands. Fist descending from the sky. White Sword on ground.

I snatch the white sword and hurl it at the approaching fist, then try to shake the hand off my ankle.

"No touchy!"

the outer most layer of the fist break away like a layer on an onion, but i continue my decent towards Zale. the hands grabbing zale do their best to hold on but one of the ones on the side looses their grip and crumble back into the ground. As i get closer the fog on the ground begins to swirl into a funnel of air between me and zale. As the funnel grows taller I can feel it puling me ever faster to the ground causing me to almost approach the speed of light.

(im going to bed in about 10 minutes. i got work at 8 am, aka in about 6 hours)

[Zaleramancer]

I ready my scythe and swing at the approaching fist.

"Hey badda, badda swing!"

[Humunculi]

as the fist collides with the scythe I instantly stop in midair and the force of collision causes a massive explosion that decimates the entire area leaving a massive crater with a thin pillar in the middle that zale is standing on

[Celadon's Penultimate]

Brutus senses the vibration in the ground, and immediately reaches a hand out. On touching an arc of yellow, Brutus' body assimilates into the lightning, upward, to the ceiling again. And then, from where he stands, upside down on the ceiling, the butler points Babaraina downward toward the ground. Accordingly, the energy grids slide downward, turning the ground of the battlefield into a fierce and chaotic rainbow-flashing pool of the elements.

[The Narrator]

Seeing the pending explosion, and noting I read it destroyed the
entire area, I jump up to leave. I realize that I left my sandwich in
my chair, I turn around to grab it and teleport out of the range if
the blast.

[The Junkyard Cat]

A projection appears of Cabanilla "Uh...hello is this thing working....uh Liz this is working right?" A voice from cabanilla's end could be heard giving him direction off of the projection. "Well it should be working master. I mean the spell wasn't too hard to pull off with the amount of training I've gotten."

"Well if you say so....hello everyone sorry for my absence something...took our attention. What's even going on right now anyways?"

As soon as the smoke clears from the explosion due to Zale and Humunculi's fight, I take a look around. The arena sure had ben destroyed and much would probably need to be repaired, Suzu was safe though; that was probably the best part. Still looking around I spot the floating apparition and ask, "Who is that?"


(Note to Cabanilla: Crescent has no idea who you are so, that's why the question is being asked)

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Thanks Brutus..." my voice echoes from the ground, "..that's gonna make this next part all the more terrifying."

I rise quickly from the center of the arena (what's left of it), grimacing from the pain of the flashing energies. I slam my fist with resounding force, into the ground crying out with rage.

"Kaleido-Quartz Graveyard!"

Hundreds upon thousands of razor sharp quartz crystals shred the ground as they erupt from the bowels of the earth. The energies that permeated the ground, reflect and refract amongst the crystals, zinging about in fearsome arcs of brilliant color. The sound is deafening and the light is blinding.

Finally, as the rubble settles, I stand atop the largest shard of quartz and call out to the heap of debris that covers the field, "HEY! IF YOU"RE STILL ALIVE IN THERE....GOOD FIGHT!"

with that I hop into the stands and settle in for a quick power nap.

[The Junkyard Cat]

Taking notice of someone he hasn't recognized he floats over to greet himself. "I'm Cabanilla, a.....knight of sorts. I would be here more often but a lot of things tend to pull me away from the group. As for right now I'm just projecting myself here until me and a couple of friends can take a physical form. Its rather quicker than going through the maze of dimensions we had to walk through to get the job here done."

[Myself]

Observing the destruction from a brutal fight, I shift from my normal cat form to a golem-based one. It provides more natural durability for me to enhance, thus protecting me. If this fight starts up again, I want to avoid being collateral damage.

(I'm thinking of participating more often and exploring my shapeshifting powers; I'm meant to be a frequent user of the power, with many forms, yet you guys only see me in two -cat and human. )

Magical minions and glimmering construction fairies begin to repair the blasted zone, stringing up caution tape and signs in dozens of languages.

"How.. bracing." I say, "Will this be continuing, or have we ceased?"
