Mars Combat Academy Student Rank Number 7 'Lightning Troll', the Student Body Final Exam Manager decided to have Student Rank Number 4 'The Scythe of Snow' fight against Cryos Tundra for her Final Exam and Student Rank Number 11 fight against Darkess Faye for her Final Exam. What do you think?

I should probably put her against someone who's good without it.

Hmm. What about Bella, the Dancer? She's one of the Grand Hosts of the City of Masquerade. She's also a Manalith, a demi-human race with certain interesting abilities.

Namely, they have none of the physical limits normal humans do. There's no limit on how physically strong, fast, or agile they can grow. With enough practice, they can raise their physical abilities to extreme superhuman levels.

So in Bella's case, she can not only run faster than a horse, but it will keel over from exhaustion before she does. Not to mention the muscle control and sheer agility her constant dance training gives her. There are probably Ninjas more clumsy than she is.

That might be interesting. Can Bella survive subzero temperatures on the Fahrenheit scale though? Don't forget that Murakami has high magical and physical strength as well as high physical speed. She needed those to reach her current rank.

So can she dodge a kick coming at her at about eighty miles an hour?

Though I don't think Bella can withstand that level of cold..

I can think of about two people off the top of my head who could.. (An ice-themed sorceress and a fiery ninja)

I suppose a Cherub could. Or perhaps Countess Jocosa.
