Kay. However, I have a question.

And the question is?
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

OHHH hold on might need to tweak him a bit. By the way are we not too limited in stats because I noticed Shadows both had five points to add.

He did?

Only supposed to add four. o.o

1 in each stat to start off, then four stats for a normal immortal. Three for a lesser immortal.

How exactly are we supposed to start this? The land is divided, so the gods and goddesses could interact, but how would the people?

Explain what you mean by interaction.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Start out with one in each, then you can add four more to anything.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

The deities can call an "Assembly of the gods" of sorts if they want to. How do the different mortal races know of one another?

Well, think about it. This is a medieval-like world.

People on the same continent would more or less know each other. Different races would probably bump into each other  at least once in awhile. Though a few remote places might have not seen others in forever.

But on another continent? They'd probably only hear rumors of what might be over there. Messages from clerics who've asked their gods, or traders who have traveled there.

“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Hm...true. And then there's the whole Greek factor, where they travel to different places and embellish what they saw and experienced.

We can, but don't have to...

Yep.

It will be interesting to think from different perspectives of the people.

Yep.

Each god is supposed to have a chosen people, if you want one.

This is what it looks like now..

Hmm.

I have a few ideas for Rusmana. A tall mountain dwelling people, They're good with bows and decorate their clothing with feathers shed by birds..

Meskhenet.. Some kind of lesser Sphinx? Or maybe just a desert dwelling people..
