Like nymphs/angels/servants.

To do the things that gods don't or are to lazy to do...

Hm...and we'd have to give descriptions of these new creatures...I'll think of some...

Name:  Ahmret
Concept:  God of the dead, corpses, tactical warfare and strategy.
Personality: Cold and rational. He is utterly serious and has no sense of humor at all. Ahmret has never smiled and never will. He is a distant immortal but very fair. His clerics are few and feared or respected. They call for the power of their god  to reanimate dead bodies or call up spirits. Because of his tactical abilities, he often has followers in armies. Generals and tacticians often pray before battles to him.
Appearance: When he bothers to appear, He is a tall pale figure dressed in elaborate robes and carrying a spear. Sometimes he possesses nearby corpses to use as a mouthpiece for his will.
Divine Rank: 1
Power: 2
Potence: 2
Presence: 3
Perception: 1
Symbolic: Dead animals, Scavengers, Spears, Onyx.

This is the last of the higher immortals I have planned.. Most of the rest will be lesser/minion or denizens.

two words. Sun chicken.

Hatch it from an eg, it continually generates light and heat, kill it, and it collapses in on itself and forms a black hole destroying everything in a three to four mile radius sub sequentially forming a new egg, at which point the black hole dissipates., and you thought I couldn't keep it mythical and insane.

Khadai is a singular goddess. She is an antagonist of mankind, unless told by Uburra-Namall to reward or protect them.

If jester is already an immortal, why does he need eternal youth?

The Jester Is an immortal.  Technically I'd recreate myself as a character, and the Jester as one of the Immortals.

Re: Lords of Creation

they age to a certain point then stop, usually predetermined by their personalities, although their may be a relation to number of offspring. Probably not though.

right, so they don't continually age, which is all I was trying to say...

Not in this setting.

They're immortal, they can't age and are impossible to kill.

Their equivalent of aging is shown in more experience with their powers or an increased degree of laziness.
