Yojimbo would of smiled if his body was capable of it. "Trust me, you will be plenty useful to me, and you're running out of time to make your decision."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana considers it, then decides, "How about a condition? If it's too large of a favor then I don't do it."

[Philote]

"Tick, Tock" Yojimbo mocks. "This is your last chance."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana grins, "I think my answer is... No."

[Philote]

"As you wish" Yojimbo says. Raising his voice, he lies "You have no business being here and have disobeyed the warnings to many times. It is time for you to be forcibly removed" just as a group of Goliath come into sight.

The hero Lo-Kag hears the end of the conversation. "Come on men, we have a duty to fulfill" he says to the two Goliaths with him.

Yojimbo turns back to Kagehana. "Good luck" he whispers, and with a laugh he begins to leave.

"I'll leave it to you Lo-Kag, I have more important business."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana rolls her eyes, "Good grief. I'm here to do something for what-was-his-name-again?, Ah, Bahamut! Yep, Bahamut told me to best a dragon with gold horns. If you wish to fight me, I will fight you, but I have no need to."

[Philote]

The Goliaths charge forward, with a battlecry that blocks our Kagehana's words.

The first begins by arcing his club downwards.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana blocks with a shield of solid shadows while quickly forming two ninjato from the shadows.

[Philote]

The two Goliath soldiers stand on either side of Kagehana, towering over her, both holding clubs.

For the moment, Lo-Kag hangs back.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana sighs and slips into a shadow before popping out before one of the Goliaths and kicking him in the back of the head.

[Philote]

The Goliaths head is like a stone. He takes a step forward and turns and swings the club behind him.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana grimaces slightly then blocks the club with another shield of solid shadows. Kagehana throws one of her ninjato at the Goliath and slips through the shadows to shadows under a rocky outcropping several meters away.

[Philote]

The shuriken embeds itself into the Goliath's stony skin. The second decides to hurl its club at Kagehana instead of trying to chase her down.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

A tendril of solid shadow curls around the club and throws it back at the Goliath. As Kagehana forms a shuriken in her hand, she thinks to herself, *So glad I 'borrowed' the Mugen-no-Magatama before I left. It sure is handy, though by now Mistress must be looking for it.*

Meanwhile:

Mina scrambles about searching for the Mugen-no-Magatama and thinks, *I am never making such a small little Divine Artifact ever again that can be easily misplaced!*

[Philote]

(What does that do again?)

The Goliath catches the club and it toppled over. The one hit by the Shuriken earlier stalks forward, holding his club up to defend himself.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

(The Mugen-no-Magatama provides what is basically an infinite amount of mana/anti-mana to any mana user who uses it, because the amount it provides is far more than any mage should use in a battle.... other than one of our people in NB or Aurum Umbral Spellcaster... Of course, Kagehana is just 'borrowing' the little easily misplaced Divine Artifact and Bahamut and Yojimbo obviously didn't notice it's presence due to being focused on how Kagehana is a dark hero and not a knight-in-shining-armor hero)

Kagehana throws her ninjato and the shuriken while forming more shuriken from the shadows around her. She keeps an eye on Lokag who has not yet joined the battle.

[Philote]

The Goliath blocks the ninjato with his club, but the Shuriken stick into his chest. He continues forward but his club is blocked by a shield of shadows again.

"Enough, I will face you myself" Lo-Kag says as lighting ripples across his body. "I am the Storm Sovereign, Lo-Kag, and I will be your end!"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana sighs, "As I said before, I do not wish to fight you or your friends. I was asked to do a task by Bahamut in order to strike a deal. By the way, my name is Kagehana, the Shadow's Flower."

[Philote]

"And we saw Yojimbo with our own eyes. What proof do you have?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Kagehana: "Why don't you ask Bahamut himself? I'm sure he'd tell you that he gave me the task of besting a dragon in a fight."

In her mind Kagehana thinks to herself, * What proof does one need when they know that they are right and they are?*
