It's never that simple in this RP...unfortunately. Does it have to be an artifact, a devign artifact, can I just make the thing, can it just be part of the spirit world. Etc.

Of course, unless it's supposed to do something fancy.

It's kind of like a giant furnace the size of a city that scrapes into the sky, that beings of nightmare are dragging spirits into. I never saw the inside of it, but I'll make something for it.
