Well, perhaps their physical similarity can be a point of humor or conflict in the story. Though, neither Light Elves nor Dark Elves would be born light or dark. They would only be transformed on joining the religion they choose; Dark Elves would naturally invoke Jissei and Light Elves, Jassi. And if they leave their respective faiths, their color will leave, as well. Though, again, I could stand to make more differences between the races. For example, what's the deal with Light-Scarred and Shadow-Scarred hair? What are the hair colors typical to their races?

Their hair, well I would say any human color. Kagehana was blondish hairwise by the way..

I see. Any brown or red hair among them?

Probably, as I said, full human range in terms of hair colors.

Okay, well, I was thinking for my Dark and Light Elves, they could stick to color extremes. Only pitch black or stark white; the black or white could go for either Dark or Light Elves (not just dark for Dark, or white for Light). Occasionally, maybe Boquabian colors (basically, any color but normal), but otherwise, the differences should be obvious.

Works for me. Actually, just a quick request, but please check out the magic pages on the wiki and tell me what you think of them.

I know.
Was referencing the origins of the word. But if they keep themselves apart, then it's basically a self-imposed ghetto.

Wow. I was expecting Wulf to reply back first, though that's good that everything is accurate. Want me to add a Sorcery page since that's the magic used by Hazet's races?

That would be lovely.
I am currently through the first age page now. I'll get to the Sorcery page after that and a bit of adding to other pages.

You deserve a bloody commendation.
I get more and more impressed the longer the page for the First Age goes on.

All I can say, is that I didn't do any of my homework while doing that, but none of the teachers checked it anyway, like I expected. I'm a Senior this year, a good number of them expect us to do our homework because we should and for that I'm happy. But yeah, it took a lot of work to do that single page.

The Elves are generally friendly. Even those who will follow Jissei will grudgingly deal with citizens of other nations; they realize the importance of alliances, whether from mutual friendliness or simply necessity.

Sounds jolly good, I'd hate for them to meet Mik Hael though (the in-game one, not the person on these forums). Or Jaria.

Aw, I think you spoiled my surprise.
My Elves were actually intended to each develop their own dialects (dialects of the main Elfin language; and while we're on the topic, what is the current main language, allowing us to communicate interracially as of now? Should we call it Common, a la D&D?). The Elfin language, and its dual dialects will have what I hope is something of a Tolkien-ish taste to it. But, yeah, what else do you want to know? I have plenty I can come up with, even if only to tickle your Tolkien-fandom-loving fancy.

Hehe, the fact that I had to go to the store, and that Zale can read like a cambion child sired by Albert Einstein and/or Stephen Hawking? I didn't have chance.
But yes, from what I can tell, everything seems to be correct. Maybe a few grammar or spelling things (no doubt, simply from you doing it at your freakishly awesome speed of collecting and summarizing data), but otherwise, nothing that can't be easily understood, and/or quickly remedied.

True. Though, I think Jaria would hate to meet Jissei (especially since he'd also roll with Khadai and the Seven-Sin Sisters, and if needed, Uburra-Namall and Jassi), so the Elves would probably be okay.

Since no one bothered making anything else, we currently have a global tongue with some local difficult-to-understand dialects.
Further time and deliberate meddling could make actual language differences.
