Well this fits nicely into having each tier have its own 2-point skill. Depending on how skills stack will determine how I decide to implement it though. Lower tiers are supposed to be weaker, but I also want it to be where you do not immediately have to go to tier 4 (Though I suppose this could just be fixed through RP reasons).
