Pure Evil is Pure, but not Innocent.

Yeah, yeah, blah blah, I'm wrong again, as always. I'm changing the profiles, so drop it.

These aren't mine, by the way.
I was going to give these to whoever wanted a chance to roleplay something different. They're also nice examples of themed sets. Each Seasonal God is a lesser god with three domains. Each Seasonal God has a single high stat and a single skill. Each Seasonal God has synergy between their skills, stats and tools. Each Seasonal God has a name that is a title. Each has a very different strategy and purpose. The Flower Prince is a minion-mancer. He can have many, many fanatically loyal minions with a fair degree of ease. The Devourer is a powerful head-on fighter. She can demolish armies and drain gods quickly. The Summer Child is a defensive fighter. He can avoid and redirect attacks, sending your own powers against you. The Merry Lady is slow destroyer. She can pin you down and force you to use motes to flee, or steadily grow until you get crushed.

Jassi is the goddess of moral purity, not just general purity.

Awesome.
I changed the Summer Child's domain. I wasn't sure if Innocence was far enough from Purity as it was, so don't feel worried.

Oh, I'm not worried. In all actuality, I trust your judgment.
But obviously, though, I still need to gain the trust of some other people around here.

Y U SO Grumpy today, Wulf?
You're acting like Marv and Jester on a really bad day.

I'm not grumpy. I just don't like being attacked. I honestly can't think of a person who does. Though, perhaps the worst thing of all...you can bash my race, my politics, my religious faith, but to question my character directly? I don't let that go easily.
And personally, I don't know why I should.

Enough Wulf. These reactions are unnecessary. We simply asked for a small adjustment to your profile, Dryad potentially could have asked nicer but these reactions are unwarranted.
I explained my reasoning for why the adjustment is needed to avoid it being unnecessarily critical and even offered you an option to keep your character functioning as you originally envisioned. If I did anything beyond this to insult you or your character tell me, but if not try to keep from reacting so harshly.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

If you're upset by Dryad's original statement, then this has all stemmed from a collection of misunderstandings. She asked you to change your domains because she believed you were unintentionally trying to take her domains, believing that you did not know that her characters had domains with the same name and that you might have missed the rule about the proper number of domains to have (Seeing the words you had listed as each being separate domains). You thought, I believe, that she was accusing you of directly trying to steal from her, but I do not think that was her intention.
And I only objected because character sheets should only represent aspects the characters have. Darkness and light were not domains they had and they shouldn't have been listed as such on a character sheet. Say all you want about how they're gods of metaphorical light and darkness in story, but a character sheet is meant to tell the other players at the table what a character can do and as such should only express fact.
Also, it's bad sportsmanship to bring a grudge into the game from the outside. Come up with an in character reason for the sunning of dryads races, or don't do it at all. Please be aware that none of this is an attack. I'm saying this impartially, and with only the practical running of the game in mind.

Dryad acted like she would not let the topic go until she got the heck on my nerves. I told her once, I wasn't trying to take her domains, and that the phrasing of my domains was not intended as it seemed. She wouldn't let it go. I tried to provide evidence to justify myself. She still wouldn't let it go. I asked her to leave me alone, and to try to understand what I was saying, and she still took it to you, to be handled, like I'm some child that needs to be policed, or some untrustworthy person that needs to be patrolled.

Can I have your opinion on the Gods I've made?
I need feedback. Also, if you were a Noir Mobster, what sort of supernatural powers would you think were appealing?

@GV and Phi: Well, thank you very much for voicing your opinions about just how wrong I am. Really. I appreciate all of you revealing your feelings on the matter, especially concerning how little it had to do with any of you. Taking extra time out of being completely uninvolved really does show how much you all care about the fairness and sanctity of this game. However, I am currently not in the mood to be bothered about how I am always wrong, and always have to take the high road, and cow to the opinions and sensitivities of others. For some reason, it just doesn't appeal to me today.
Once again, I explained myself fully, to air out any potential qualms that there might have been. I knew what her domains were when she told me, and I told her specifically that I wasn't trying to take hers. I even changed the stupid profiles to ease her concerns. So please drop it, leave me the heck alone and get on with whatever other concerns you have. Certainly, butting into a conversation you had nothing to do with must take a lot of time out of your schedule of much more important things to do, and I'm sure you must be eager to catch up. And just so you know, anything I carry out in the RP, I know perfectly well how to carry out in a logical fashion. As much as it was appreciated, your suggestion was entirely unnecessary.

Vai
Minor Goddess Domain: Pride Power: 1 Precision: 1 Perception: 1 Presence: 1 Better Than You (2) As the goddess of pride, Vai is naturally capable of outdoing nearly any non-divine mortal at will. Anytime someone brags about something, or is complimented on something, Vai automatically gains the temporary capability to outdo them. This includes looks, skills, knowledge, capabilities, and even non-divine abilities. Though, the effect is temporary. =Tool of Office= Vanity's Eye is a mirror that allows the user to gain physical power by looking into it. It can also change size and shape at will, and deflect any energy attack that hits it (excluding non-divine energy). It can even trap non-divine subjects within (one at a time), turning the subject into a reflection of the user, which also empowers the user.

Prasim
Minor Goddess Domain: Greed Power: 1 Precision: 1 Perception: 1 Presence: 1 Mine, All Mine! (2) As the goddess of greed, Prasim is naturally capable of getting her hands on nearly anything she wants. Once she has the thought of material gain on her mind, she can increase charisma, stealth, agility, dexterity, speed and even strength, to go about getting her target. Not to mention, she can use nearly any aperture, be it pockets, or a hole in the wall, as an extradimensional portal to access her own personal hoard. =Tool of Office= Greed's Grasp is a glove that summons an object of value to the user's hand (in Prasim's case, the precious object typically comes from her extradimensional hoard). The glove will hold onto the object of value with a vice-like grip, and the user will gain physical power for as long as the object of value is in the user's possession. (Let me know if her skill is still too much...)

Eda
Minor Goddess Domain: Gluttony Power: 1 Precision: 0 Perception: 2 Presence: 1 Me and My Big Mouths (2) As the goddess of gluttony, Eda has an insatiable appetite. She can eat for as long as she likes, and never feel full. However, sometimes, one mouth simply isn't enough. In such a case, Eda can manifest new disembodied mouths of various sizes at will. She can manifest them in midair, anywhere on her body, or even on floors or walls, for a quick ambush surprise. Anything they eat feeds Eda's eternal appetite. =Tool of Office= Gluttony's Jaws is a mouthguard that allows the user to unhinge their jaws, and bite through any any non-divine material, at will. In addition, the user can safely digest any non-divine material, no matter how tough, harsh or vile, and it will always have a taste to her liking. The user's teeth, jaws, mouth, and digestive track are even fortified as invulnerable against non-divine harm. (Let me know if her skill is too much...)
