Antipresense:(6):  When using this ability you dissappear form the rest of existence as if you were a shadow fading away, unless you willingly interact with the environment in any way, even the greatest scryer will detect you as only a fleeting shadow, and the physical and metaphysical past through you as if you were a ghost. As a flip side of this, while using antipresence, you are able to see through most illusions and disguises.

Tool of the Trade: Wanderer's staff: A simple staff in the shape of a shepherds crook roughly seven feet in length, and two and a half inches in diameter at its thickest point, The staff allows one to pass through the various planes of existence ignoring the laws of reality of whatever area they happen to pass through, in the hands of a mortal it would allow them to survive in any any environment for an unlimited amount of time without tiring or feeling hunger, but this effect lasts only as long as the user does not interact with their environment in any way other than travelling through it or observing it. When used in conjunction with antipresense the abilities augment each other increasing their power several fold. The staff is also a channelling device for magic or devine power, similiar to a wizards staff, wand, or spellsword.

It exactly the same, you just removed the elemental portion of it and generalized it to power. If anything, you made it stronger. I continue to state that it is far too powerful.

Illusion of Movement (4): Mina can move to suddenly be several miles away from where she was mere milliseconds ago, allowing her to reach zones of combat quickly to aid her allies or run from a losing battle.

Well, let's see...
1) Ignoring rules of reality is something beyond what should be allowed, because technically, the rules for LoC are in and of themselves rules of reality.
2) Amplifying the powers of whomsoever wields it. That's the entire purpose of Tools of Office which can only be wielded by their god. Totally redundant.

3) Exponential multiplication. I shouldn't have to say that that's just ridiculous, even for a god.

You are aware that Presence is important, because high Presence Gods exude a certain.. crushing pressure. It measures how readily identifiable you are as a God, and how much your Divinity exudes into the world.

A god's presence affect any god with lower Presence.

I know most people are dumping it because it seems useless and anti-stealthy.

Further definitions as to the Tool of Office are needed.
