I disagree on using more than one skill per post. Let's just look at what I could do with it.

I could combined Man and the Dark and The Better Part of Valor with the Watchman. That would give a combined total of (6).

Previously stated, (6) is enough for the babysitter to be at literally every birth on the planet. It's officially ridicules at that point.

The Watchman would be able to escape from anything, literally any situation. That's not even counting the Divine artifacts I could put on top of that, which could potentially turn him into the bastard child of Waldo and Carmen Sandiago.

There should be no odd number ranked skills unless you split a point between them.

That insures she never goes unnoticed unless she desires to become so.

Your first ability only worries me about the invulnerable part.

I'm not even certain what the second one does.

Not sure how normal skills will play into that (Maybe just substitute them for the Divine Artifact?) but I think the idea should be to focus on the Tool of Office and then apply something to go along side it.

You got the numbers wrong.

The Tool of Office doesn't have a rank number because it's power is Immutable. It's a gods divine essence given form, and what it does can only be stopped by an equal and opposite Tool of Office. Even then, the two would be locked in an stalemate.

Divine Artifacts are the ones with a 4.

Normal artifacts convey a 2.

The way I see it, artifact effects represent an entirely new skill that you can add on to your god. That's also the reason for the Equipment limit: to keep people from building skill monkeys with a artifact for every occasion.

You had a (3) in one skill but they should be multiples of (2) because each points buys you 2 ranks.

Just rearrange things so that you have a single point and invest in something useful.

If you'd used a whole point, that 5 would be a 6.

If you'd split the point, then both of the skills would be 5.

I would prefer people spread their skills around so they have options.

I will get huffy if people start making very broad skills.

The problem is that we are past the equipment limit that you listed (More people than just me). That is why I keep suggesting that we just limit what they can draw from. Gilgamesh has a ton of Divine Artifacts but make it where he can only draw on the power of a few on top of his Tool of Office.

*cartoony head-shake* Wait...so, if I want, I could maybe take one from Precision (3) to make it even, and then add the remaining (2) to, say, Presence?

Skills are a one-to-two basis.

That's exactly what I'm saying, though. The Equip limit is the limit that they can draw from. Keep the other stuff you have in a vault, or pass it out to mortals. I'm not saying you have to break them.
