GV, I had a issue.

The whole use one item/skill per turn thing runs into problems when you have passive/active abilities.

I'm sure you an guess why.

Also, I'll work on converting what I said into rules format. I slept most of the day and was then distracted by Minecraft.

Presence: 1
Illusion of Movement (4): Mina can move several miles in mere milliseconds, allowing her to come to an ally's aid in the blink of an eye or run from a losing fight without being pursued easily
Second Incarnation (6): Mina can have a second identity that can, in no way, be traced back to her (except by the Omni). This identity is self-aware and knows that in order to do what it wants, it cannot reveal that it is another facet of Mina. As well, at any time, Mina can untraceably take control of the identity and use it for a desired task or send it an untraceable message.

A single floating identity per two ranks.

That is, if you have 4 ranks, you have two separate mortal identities.

They seem mortal to all but the closest of scrutiny, save if they use divine power.

Donning or leaving one would be a Complex Action.

If you get caught and the identity is compromised, you can make a new one, so long as your total does not exceed your max.

You can activate the skill, and it lasts until you use another one.

other than already drawing on prior experience where you haven't been able to take jokes dealt from me, along with you're usual argumentative attitude from my perspective I made an assumption.
