I suppose you would be the only one able to use it currently, with your staff. It is currently locked in the Plane of Heroes until someone from my pantheon makes it able to be pulled out again. If the others agree to how you want your staff to act you could move to it.

Well, considering that the staff could be used by mortals and not just the god corrently wielding it it's not that redundant, and maybe hte way I'm thinking of focusing powers is differnt from the way the other artifacts funciton.

well that leads to an interesting predicamant, I don't want to be crushed by a low power god with high presence because of their atmosphere, but I don't want to be detected period, what a quandry =.=.

maybe make it augment your teleportation ability to short range teleportation capable of being used in fights.

The more things a skill's good for, the less it's good for each one.

A straight strength skill has more raw strength than a str+dura+speed one.
