changed the picture a little so the bow staff is behind the leg....So I'm going through the rp and I've got to ask, do we all have to speak so formally?

It's not a requirement....just something that seems to be popular.

Geez, I hope not.  I'm not really cut from that section of cloth. I'm just gonna speak like I'd normally speak, if I were a socailly inept monk who spent his whole life inside a monastery,  seeking a life of perfection.

would you prefer me to?

So I just start in the first room right?

Are the little things you draw in the background of the pictures possibly useful, like say the fiery glowing cracks in the slime room or just cool background stuff.

It's entirely up to you, I have no preference either way. Actually, that's not true. I prefer you speak in a way that is conducive and organic to your character....whatever that might be...so long as it's understandable of course.

Yup, you start in that beginning room, and make your way to the rest.

They're partially decoration and possibly useful. They are in the room as described by my initial description. Though nobody has investigated them to see what's up with them yet. With good reason though as a more pressing threat was in the room.

Oh and by the way...Smackgiver, Jester

If y'all have any ideas on potential gear (themes, specific items, types of armor, etc.) Let me know.

The only one I've had come to mind so far is the "Rat Flail" from VG Cats.

Alright then, if I remember any other impromptu weapons like sluggy freelances patented "zombie head on a stick" I'll tell you.

While these aren't so much funny as they are interesting, what about the various weapons and objects found in the Adventure Time episode "Dungeon Train" Like the "Miniature Battle moon"

That kind of thing might be something you'd craft rather than find.

Nicely pernicious, methinks.

As regards to gear, I'm always partial to the sort of gear I articulated  earlier - anything that would assist in an unarmed adventurer's quest to solve conflicts with his naturally endowed tools... coverings for the hands, forearms, shins, knees, elbows, and feet.  Although I'm partial to lightning, I would revel in any elemental theme,  suggesting personal essence that commands the four elements of nature to some smaller degree.

What about a gauntlet, that delivers hits so hard, that they hit not only the foe you target, but anybody standing directly behind him? Literally, channels impact through the first target, and knocks back a second one with equal force?

I've always loved Hyperkinetic Attack as a concept (despite having yet to add it to the List).

Re: Loot: The Eternity Dungeon (Planning Thread)

Marv - n00b question time.  Did I need to let you know of any of my character's intentions that may not be readily apparent with an out-of-band communication?

Example:  currently, in the slime encounter, my character would like to test a theory.  Praosk suspects that the hats worn by the slimes might be more than just an affectation.  He is hoping that the hat with the propeller might enable him to leap or glide, so he can try to jimmy a stalactite off the ceiling and have it fall on one of the slimes.  I didn't know if I should post that within the actual RP thread or if you needed me to keep that on the down-low.

You know what I always found kind of annoying in books and cartoons.

In high pressure situations where they don't have a moment to spare they are somehow capable of long rational monologues or deep conversations between other characters that somehow bend time more than traveling at the speed of light.
