I really want Willow to take the needle now that it has theme powers, but I can't think of any particular reason in character for him to take it over the others.

Theme is the Quartz to my Marv.

@Zale: Willow gave you the color gem when he divided up loot.

Also, Vault's character is carrying the remains of the body so you can loot the rest of the clothes in the next room still.
