I'll be back to this tomorrow, if I can help it. If not, then Friday.

I suppose I'll wait and see if anyone follows my plan for now.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

I'm actually a tad confused at what you're attempting to do. Mind clarifying for me?

Run back through hall of steam, lead slimes into hall, wait for steam to turn back on and cook them.

How can you cook what's already well done?

Is it too late for a newcomer to be inserted in this campaign?  I've finally gotten the chance to read this planning thread and I have some ideas for my Looter.  No worries if I didn't get here on time.

Re: Loot: The Eternity Dungeon (Planning Thread)

GREAT!  If it wouldn't be too out of place, I'd like to develop my looter in the D&D style monk, using unarmed attacks as my primary means of combat.  Equipment would be cesti, covering each hand/forearm from fingertips to elbow with a studded leather wrap.  Shirtless, with a half robe covering waist to shin, iron-toed/heeled boots.  My skin would be jet black with glowing blue eyes and a silver asian dragon tattooo on the chest.

Could I use a sling for ranged attacks ot do I need to stay either/or on the melee vs. ranged spectrum?

Please let me know if I need to adjust anything and if there is more info you need from me to get started.

Unfortunately your clothing and gear other than a starting weapon will have to wait as collecting gear is the main mechanic of the RP. But I will keep in mind your preference when rolling up random gear.

I will allow you the sling even though it is not one of the designated starting weapons as I think its a good alternate to the bow (previously the only starting ranged weapon)

I'll draw up your character shortly and post in on the front page with the others.

Then we can begin getting you integrated into the RP.

Your character is up on the first post. Let me know if it's not quite what you wanted and I can make the changes.

When you're ready to start posting here's what you'll need to know:

Now, when you join in the RP you will start in the same area everyone else did. It's an empty cave area with a tunnel leading to the Eternity Dungeon. basically you can use your first post to jump into your looter body and head forward into the dungeon until you encounter the rest of the group already in combat with the Slimes.

If you have any questions, just ask.
