technically any character that can sprout from the sickest part of someone's mind is eligable, but their are limits that would stop them from competing against another character if the level of power is too different. Unless the character's owners insist.
Like normally an ant could not fight against a cat, but you could still allow the battle because their could be tactics that the ant could use which would defeat the cat. Such as sneaking into the cats ear, eating out it's eardrum, stinging it's brain and therefore giving it a siezure. So there really is not any thing that could be called an average character, but if you had to think of a general power level think the main characters from rpgs or the average super human mutant in DC or Marval comics.

nice example...so how exactly would we commence this fight?
“…Judge not what a man has done, but judge what he could have done if he was a different bloke altogether. For art thou a leper? And a leper can changeth his spots…” --Rudy Wade, Misfits (Series 4, Episode 8)

State the dimensions, reality, and general discription of the arena in stereotypical referee style. Then give the competitors either one post to set up in the field consisting of a few sentences and then the fight comences, but first we must make sure that both of the players are present. Any time during the fight the players can call a draw for at most three minutes. Also during a fight one of the judges can alter the reality of the dimension to make it more interesting, but each judge can only do this once per fight.

Dimension: Feudal Japan (a la Inuyasha)
The absolutely only means of entering of escaping: the Wooden Well. No Nexus Key, Dimensional Door, nothing except the well may be used to enter or leave this dimension. Otherwise, the entering, or exiting creature is automatically disqualified, conceding defeat to his foe. Demons are present all throughout, and can attack either player random during the fight. Demonic attacks, however, are reduced to a fraction of the damage they would normally deal, for fear of having a demon do away with you instead of your actual opponent. No characters or items from the InuYasha series are allowed (yeah, so no summoning Tetsusaiga or Tenseiga, or the necklace that bound InuYasha to Kagome's command word "sit boy!"; and no summoning things from any other series for that matter); just use the InuYasha battleground. In other words, the scenery is rural, lush, green in some places, and mountainous in others. If you know the series, then great. How does this sound? Anybody feel like participating?

Sounds interesting but we still need to find two or more characters to fight with...any one up for using their characters from the evolutionists stone until we find some others.

I want to see one of the surrogates duel someone but i'm not good at it myself, shadowulf1 or someone want to take over for my character in the fight?
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

oh, c'mon don't be shy...give us a sample somewhere. Why not just type something up, and let US gauge your capacity to write...

>_> idk how to write the RP stuff, writing isnt my strong suit, i more of get a picture in my head but cant end up saying it right. Besides i'd have a bad habit of making them way overpowered.

Some battle rule questions
1. Is time travelling allowed 2. Can characters make their own battlefield via reality warping or blowing up the current battlefield 3. Illusion powers--are they allowed---because this can be the cause of massive trolling--case in point Bleach 4. If a character uses a gun how would limitation of ammunition be addressed 5. Can the characters create their own challenges such as a challenge to arm wrestle or do a punch for a punch, etc.... |
1. only in incrimants of seconds or minutes
2. yes 3. Only to a certain extent, most likely single objects 4. State how many shots are in gun and how many reloads are available, in the case that the fight is in an urban area you can always steal some from a store. 5. Yes

...So everuthing occupates rhe same space and tme...wouldnt that mean that both of the characters would be occupying the same space and time, then fuse together, destabalize, and instantaneously combust for the rest of eternity...I suppose that it could be tweaked to work a bit like the demon dimension from artemis foul. Basically time moves continually forward at an accelerated rate while at certain intervals it jumps back to a point in time several seconds, hours, or days earlier which would make the two times coexist for a split second allowing someone from that time to interact with someone from this time...really complicated field though...
