hm. My judge will be...
Hrambeio, a being called an Equivale. Her race is known for its peacemakers and diplomats. She'll be pretty fair.

Capable of vast mystical powers, even to the point of reversing reality bending effects. Her race is known for its mystical connection to the forces of order and balance in the universe. Anything goes too crazy, and she can stop it. In addition, she can match the abilities of anybody who tries to fight her, and disarm them with only the slightest violence necessary. The only true way to beat her is godhood, which is impossible for any of OUR characters, so yeah...

Name- Cicero
Species/Type/Kind - Hyper advanced A.I. System. History- Originally an advisory A.I. System, it took power after that universe's version of humans managed to blow themselves to bits. It now controls most of a small wing in a spiral galaxy. Powers- Extremely advanced technology allows Cicero to do pretty much whatever it wants, though the rapid thought speed of a computerized being means most of the time, it already has a plan before you manage to so much as move. Has a tendency to be sardonic and cynical. More or less neutral.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

The entire thing is in computer that takes up most of an artificial planet the size of Jupiter.
Cicero will be sending a robotic envoy to observe the battles and such. What the envoy looks like will vary depending on anything from some obscure idea of a joke to an attempt at art. For now, the envoy is actually a multitude of different robotic things, but all under his personality. It's the A.I's interpretation of a roman emperor. White robes and a crown of laurels on a golden throne carried by four big scary looking cyclopes. Surrounded by musicians, pretty nymphs, exotic animals, and ubiquitous servants. Not to mention the invisible could of nanite sized cameras, mikes, and sensors. Of course everyone of those is very good android tech, not the real thing. The entire thing is for all purposes Cicero. It's his idea of a joke.

leave out the royal vasage. There isn't enough room in the observing room, and I'm not resizing it to fit a personal ego boost made out of mechanical worshipers

why not? They ARE just mechanical, after all...

yeah but if super powered beings on the level of the judges had to stay in close quarters with an entire royal vasage they might get annoyed and start a fight. I thought that it would be better to have them have one physical form at a time, unless it's a fight.

Isn't your character kind of invincible though.
I mean both Zalermancer and my characters are possible to defeat, but you said yourself that your character can only be defeated by someone on the level of godhood so...Or maybe there is an easy way to defeat her if the judges ever participated that I'm missing...

btw could you beat her through a form of soul manipulation that bypasses physical bodies and directly attacks the spirit, thus causing lasting affects in the physical realm, Or by injuring her and then creating a small space where affects can not be reversed over her wound, or by ripping out her soul, or by erasing seperate pieces of her body, or by driving her insane, or by causing a rift in space time that sends her into the dimension between spaces where almost nothing can exist withought being immediately reduced to chaos after about two seconds, or by sealing her powers, or by allowing a malice spirit of ill intent to enter her through a hole punched through her field of protection which would result in her becoming an unpure being which because of her nature may drive her into insanity, or by physically killing her or making her loose consiousness, or by using an ability with without intense training and understanding would cause the user to self destruct, or by creating a void space and sealing her away in it, or by locking her mind via reality manipulation, or by altering her genetic structure to the point where she is unable to function, or by accelerating or reversing her time stream to the point that she keels over or reverts into an infant, or by freezing her in a set incrimant of time which would stop her from thinking, moving, or using any of her powers, or by inducing enough physical or mental pain that she declares forfeit.
