it differs, usually it ranges from, moving walls, insects, monsters, and your partners characteristics shifting, but it could include anything, just depends how much you inhale and how messed up your imagination is.

How many twists did you expect in a challenge based off of one of my nightmares?

Hmm well first thing i think of is me bumping into trees cause i hallucinated that they arent there, ill keep a suspicious eye on bob though , they might get worse

okay aybe I should clarify something. You cannot see the trees. They are covered in a dense layer of foliage forming something like a giant bush, which has a tunnel network in the shape of an ant hill.

Bob's hallucinations would allow him to act on them...similar to a power boost.

CARLA finds Bob then resuscitates him with the gas mask before, restraining him with handcuffs.

Two Carla's watch over Bob while back to back. to prevent him from doing anything stupid.

While one climbs up a trees as scout .

The other two search for the surrogate. moving and darting around the trees looking for the chaos that the surrogate is probably causing.

Can you give us a overview of the area we are in so we know whats all there, like the tunnels and gas, so that we don't do the wrong things

I guess I could make a picture but heres the over view.

You start out on a giant staircase approximately three miles above a floating island about three miles in diameter suspended in a giant area of empty space. There are several dozen stairs composed of a granit like substance floating about a distance of two feet away from each other.Each stair is about three feet by seven feet by two feet. IT is possible to survive the fall into the forest if you are on the last dozen steps, but there is a large chance of being snatched by a mosquito during the fall. There is a large waterfall located at the reaar of the island which provides water for the forest. the rest of the island is covered by a large dense layer of foliage, the surface of which is covered in a large fog of halucinogenic and highly acidic gas which keeps the mosquitos at bay. The only way to escape the gas is to enter the tunnel system, which is asically a giant inavigatable maze of foliage occupied by demonic gremlin creatures, that are blind and navigate by sense of hearing and smell. They paralyze their prey by emitting an earsplitting scream which also brings forth the rest of them.

Most of  my nightmares are like God Awful designed tests that are meant to train me in some way anyway so this is actually one of the better ones.
