Don't worry, power over an army of this power level is enough for me.
I'm also fine with people I trust having power.

I personally wouldn't want to rule THIS place, or have too many dealings with it at all; far too much trouble to handle, and besides, I'd rather rule Celadon anyways. I created that place in my AUTHOR mode, but to them I'm just the Penultimate; they just think I was chosen by the Drym to rightfully rule (which technically I was, but, ya know, I created HIM, too, in the past...before I was even BORN, in that universe; it's a very confusing cycle, hehe)
So basically I'm the best guy for the job on Celadon; I know how to run things; on Earth, people are too different. You can't just study folks (accurately) and learn about them like you can mythological creatures.

HA! No. Fields of glass, rusted mountains spattered with the blood of the damned, the spirits of the dead uttering endless cries of agony as demons defile and torment them endlessly, and the smell of sulfur, excrement, blood, sweat and tears? Eh, believe it or not, that's not exactly my style.

Unlike Spydyr, I would only kill murderers who are beyond redemption.
However, for all the other criminals I would have a special prison for them: -It would be in another realm (through Personal Realm), where no powers work and life does not age. If they escape, all their years catch up to them at once, killing them instantly. -The marker will recognize freed prisoners and call them to leave, where they are returned to the time they left, but their powers must reboot from scratch, with no more immortality, unless they had it separately. Some may not even get their powers back at all. -If I or other non-prisoners enter, we have a "bubble" around us which retains our powers. If we leave, we are just like the freed prisoners, returned to our own time. Anyone born here would have the same "bubble of innocence" as us, because the marker give a "bubble" to anyone who isn't a prisoner. -The marker would be inside Wulf's palace, in my base. If someone somehow entered our base, we could retreat to this realm (the marker is hidden) and free the prisoners, complete with powers + age (in the correct time), as long as they recapture the palace. These guys would probably just be cannon fodder.

Can anyone think of an easy escape? I personally think this is capable of holding someone with Perfect Immortality, the overpowered version.

Well you couldn't outdo Alex's original "capable-of-adapting-to-anything-that-displeases-you" version, but it is a very good power. I couldn't think of an easy escape.
(And to think, such power is in MY palace! Hehehehehe )

Well, there are lots of powers which can eliminate someone with that power.
Yes, it is in your palace. I might even make another addition: -The energy which would normally go into a prisoner's power is directed into the powers of the palace and/or us.

I think I'd use my powers as little as possible, to give myself a challenge.
However, I would often have to use powers, so I'd try to stick to the simple ones. For example, I'd try to use more specialized powers: I need to get to Sydney (another city in Australia) in an hour. I can use (* = possibly): -Super Speed. -Rune Master -through the flight/super speed runes. -Space Time Manipulation. -Spacetime Indemnity. -Negated Superman (as I'd negate some powers). -Railway Teleportation. -Author Power Mimicry (Solar Fueled Spaceflight, Language Powered Abilities, Teleportation Imbuing) -The Superpower List. -Every Other Power Not On List. -Friendship-Powered Abilities* -if one of my friends granted that kind of ability. -Top 10 Power Mimicry*. -Ability Imbuing -if I make a teleporting object. -Omnipotent Power Mimicry. -Superhuman Pilot* -if I can find a fast enough vehicle, could go with The Door. -The Door* -if there is a vehicle in there fast enough, could go with Superhuman Pilot. -Power of Imagination. -Ability Sponge. Out of these and all the ones I could use from my allies, I would probably useone of the ones in bold. As you can see, I'd try to use a specialized power for it's intended purpose, rather than just something like Power of Imagination.

no, imagine an endless expanse of darkness in which you are constantly being attacked by every imaginable thing in existence while the environment around you constantly changes from anything ranging between core of the sun to coldest reaches of space, and don't give him any ideas.

I was using the power as an example. Yes, Wulf and I are alike.
I give my beer to someone else (only 16) and get some soft drink from The Door.

Hehe...and I change MY beer into a frothy cream soda.
Now, to get started on MY prison/banishment dimensions. I mean technically, I had already designed them years ago, but I suppose I could detail them for you OKAY...done with my prison/banishment dimensions. The rules of the worlds below are as follows: No powers (AT ALL) No magic (AT ALL; even MAGIC ITEMS) No clothes other than the bare essentials (all accessories, tools, weapons, armor...GONE) No escape (there is no dimensional alteration you could perform will allow you to leave before the Elementals, the Drym or the Penultimate desire you to be allowed to leave) No requirements (you can feel sleepy, but you can't sleep; you can feel hungry, but have no need to eat; you can feel thirsty, but you have no need to drink; you can feel choked by the air, but you have no need to breathe) Okay, now it's time to actually tell you about my prison realms, set aside for only the worst criminals. 1) Delirium- The Plane of Illusion This plane is filled with all manner of illusion, hallucination and deception; nearly every creature here is capable of shapeshifting; the skies are always a hazy blackish-bluish-purple, and the air feels empty. Your every fantasy is mixed together nicely and neatly with your every horrid, unthinkable nightmare. Nothing feels real, because nothing IS real. Everything you experience is subject to your darkest dreams, and your most wicked imaginings. The only flowers and plants you'll see are the fields of hallucinogenic poppies; one sniff of them, and you'll fall into a deep, paralyzing, nightmarish sleep. The only creatures with a definite form are the myriad of imps and boogey-monsters that stalk the darkness. These beings shape the very appearance of this dreaded world by tapping into your darkest subconscious. 2) Demens- The Plane of Madness This plane is one step worse that Delirium. Instead of causing you to see illusions and dreams in a delirious, delusional jumble, this place is very much real, and can easily make contact with your body. However, this plane sticks strictly to your fears, and the most traumatic moments of your life. It seems as though any being here is hell-bent on driving you mad, and snapping what little of your sanity that you had left from your stay in Delirium. The skies are filled with endless moans of the mad, and screams of pure and utter terror, and the wind smells like all manner of gross uncleanliness; At first, you might fear that everything you're seeing is once again an elaborate delusion, but that assumption will be shattered the first time you nearly get struck by a lightning bolt, or find yourself falling from a mountainside cliff, or have to escape the hordes of head-hunters, boogeymen, wraiths and all manner of monsters and demons, both big and small. 3) Dis- The Plane of Torture This plane is by far the worst of the three planes to encounter. It is filled with illusions, like Delirium, and evil creatures and chaotic environment like Demens, but here the creatures are not hell-bent on making you kooky, or making you go crazy; they want you to DIE. Any creature that catches sight of you here will chase you hatefully, and call others to do the same, and the roads are covered in rusted metal and glass. The air smells like sewage and blood, and the buildings are dilapidated and provide only temporary shelter from the constantly shifting weather (which changes about every thirty minute). In the middle of this terrible realm, there is an immense tower. On the outside, there is only one door; once you step inside, there are four. One door will let you exit back out into the chaos of Dis. But the other three are portals to three different places. One will take you back to the beginning, to Delirium. The other to Demens. However, there is a fourth, beside the other two and the one that lets your return to the outside; that fourth door will lead you to the next world. 4) Vas Erebus- The Plane of Emptiness This plane is the fourth and final installment of Celadon's darkest realms. It is entirely empty, except the cold of the winds, and the scent of grave dirt. This plane is not one of torture or attacking monsters, or wearying delusions. It is the plane of utter loneliness and near-silence. No buildings, no trees, no mountains and most definitely no creatures. The inhabitants of this plane cannot even see, hear, feel or otherwise interact with ONE ANOTHER. What's worse, this realm expands endlessly, so that being lost truly has no meaning there. There is no true left or right, and among the only sounds one can ever encounter hear is the howling of the winds, the tortured whispers of one's own battered mind and the taunting jeers of the deepest corners of solitude. The voice is utterly stricken away in this place.
