3) Dis- The Plane of Torture

This plane is by far the worst of the three planes to encounter. It is filled with illusions, like Delirium, and evil creatures and chaotic environment like Demens, but here the creatures are not hell-bent on making you kooky, or making you go crazy; they want you to DIE. Any creature that catches sight of you here will chase you hatefully, and call others to do the same, and the roads are covered in rusted metal and glass. The air smells like sewage and blood, and the buildings are dilapidated and provide only temporary shelter from the constantly shifting weather (which changes about every thirty minute). In the middle of this terrible realm, there is an immense tower. On the outside, there is only one door; once you step inside, there are four. One door will let you exit back out into the chaos of Dis. But the other three are portals to three different places. One will take you back to the beginning, to Delirium. The other to Demens. However, there is a fourth, beside the other two and the one that lets your return to the outside; that fourth door will lead you to the next world.

That gave me two ideas:
1) Creating a separate realm (with Personal Realm) like Dis, only we keep our powers, weapons, etc to fight in.
2) We strip criminals of magic and powers, but supply them with things to encourage them to fight and build a new civilization. Again, they are immortal, so it may take thousands of years before they construct a new civilization. Once they have learned their lesson, we give them:
-A way to escape (if/when they want to).
-Their powers.

Well, technically, there are already weapons there, lying about freely in Dis; the only real problem is getting to them, and getting to any armor (which you might have to do by fighting lesser beasties and taking it from them first).

As for powers, that'd have to be a no-go, except for mainstream powers like Superstrength, Superspeed, Laser Vision, etc. But that's just my ideas, see what others think.

As for the civilization thing, I see what you're getting at (giving them some semblance of a chance to survive in my dread prison worlds) but maybe just pop them into an abandoned prison facility that's been the least destroyed by the baddies there (any abandoned or destroyed building automatically gets a replicate of it made in Dis) and let them devise strategies from there

In addition, the way out is by...maxing out the time limit. Say we have a certain time limit, and after time's up, it zaps you back to the lobby (One of my MythFortresses)

The reason I suggested building a new civilization is they realize the wrongs of theft, murder, etc. They see their actions from the point of view of a civilian.

People may be infertile while serving their sentence, so they do not keep innocent children trapped with them. If they are free, they can leave with their kids.

Outsiders and prisoners who have served their sentence could come and go as they please, retaining their powers inside the realm.

I don't see how it would serve the prisoners who have served their sentence to be able to return...they wouldn't want to.

But, yeah, they will be infertile. Incapable of any bodily development or anything of that sort; all aging and other bodily functions will be in temporal stasis.

As for the civilization building, I doubt it could be done. Delirium, Demens, Dis and Vas Erebus are not places for building livable communities. Sorry.

That's the beauty of Personal Realm; you can make a realm equivalent of:
-A vault to save humanity. This might be necessary with the certain people on the site running around. If everyone got all of their acquired powers at this instant, I would acquire Personal Realm through Omnipotent Power Mimicry or The Superpower List, then make a safe zone for normal humans.
-A safe house.
-Warehouse.
-A prison.
-A utopia.
-A gift: In combination with Ability Imbuing, you could make a paradise a loved one can shape, without powers of their own, into their dream world. What's better, you can make it out of a piece of junk.
-Many more things, limited only by your imagination.

That is why I love Personal Realm. I've also got an active imagination to go with it.

Well, like I said, my prison dimensions are still an open option to anybody who thinks it's a good idea. I think it'd be a fun mix of action, horror and macabre, and nice to see just how powers could be put to use when a life is on the line (constantly)

Hm. You wouldn't be able to come and go as you please from one world to another, unless you traveled to the Tower of Dis and went through one of the doors (which are unmarked, and shift periodically, so that nobody knows which one leads where).

As for any powers you'd have, only the mainstream ones: Invisibility, Phasing, Superstrength, Superspeed, Flight, Laser Vision, Precognition (although being stuck in a precognitive trance, unable to move, might prove disadvantageous in worlds like these), etc. No MythPowers, Power of Imagination, Card Stack Abilities (especially not at full potential, or under the name "Card Stack"), or the like, could be used. These are deemed far too powerful, and will be instantly rejected.

Otherwise, I'd prefer that you stick to a small number of powers (from one to five; having five powers, however, would have to be explained to make sure one is not overpowered) and you could probably gain powers from items you find in that world as well (items are scattered all throughout all four different realms except Vas Erebus, and you may come upon them at nearly any time; some may even find more than one at a time, or even on the person of one of the creatures you face, if they're humanoid and capable of wielding such)

Well, in my "amusement" realms (they would be open to people who like post-apocalyptic survival), things would be slightly different:
-All powers are usable.
-Able to enter and exit at will. This will be due to wormholes all around to realm, leading to the center, which is the entrance/exit.
-People would be there of their own free will.

They would be made for people like my best friend -he always tells me a zombie apocalypse would be fun (not in those words) and I know there are others like him out there. With zombies (how did I forget them  ), it would be the perfect place to relieve your stress.

well, I mean you could easily incorporate zombies into my world Dis and Demens (that would be LOVELY). However, I don't see why you'd want this to be some sort of amusement; it sorta takes away the urgency of it, yeah? If you don't feel like getting chased by zombies, or chased around by hellacious hellspawn, or something, you could just say "time out" and step out of the world, or something. Or is that just me preferring hardcore competition over good, clean fun (which I do, sometimes )?

Basically, this realm would be a very realistic video game.

Yes, zombies would go well in a torture world. Go ahead, include them.

Also, I have a suggestion; why not record the happenings of your torture world for entertainment? Some parts could be very interesting, like prisoners fighting enormous hordes of undead.

This is how much power I would begin with:
-An army of superhumans, composed of my friends.
-A few colonies in space made from technology created with powers like God of Inventor (WHD).
-A interplanetary chain of businesses.
-A few realms in which I am omnipotent. I would have realms like this for each of my allies.
-A place in Parliament in several countries on earth.
-My collection of powers, including the powers from my allies.

Imagine how much I'd have when I'm finished.
My allies would get a portion of this power, of course.
