Where you on vizunah or eredons terrace? I heard that they beat it. Not sure if my server, Sanctum of Rall, has yet.

Far Shiverpeaks.

I've seen that putrid Dragon defeated 3 times by now.
So it's not completely impossible.

I think that having a teamspeak server to coordinate the 100+ players and setting up teams beforehand makes the difference.

I doubt if he was ever defeated in an Overflow.

Zale, I tried Dwarf Fortress, but I can;t quite wrap my head around it. I'm so confused by what I'm doing.

That is how it starts.

Try the Lazy Noob Pack.

Don't play DARK.
Basically it's Prototype, in a vampire world, where you have to be stealthy, created by high-as-hell programmers that fucked up the game.
You can kill enemies (quick) with a punch, or a slick move (think it depends on distance to enemy and angle) or drink their blood (kills them too, but takes longer since you absorb blood, which lets you use an ability).

Abilities revolve around stealth (teleporting through shadows, taking longer to be seen, seeing more items in some acid-like-xray vision), not being seen/distracting enemies, or increasing speed (faster sneaking, shorter cooldowns, faster regenration) or increasing base abilities.
It sucks.

And card games are not my cup of tea either. I understood them (Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Magic The Gathering), but I'm not good at them and they just lack ... speed/action.

Yeah, I dunno about card games, myself. I know a couple, but I'm not really a card person be they like 'regular' card games (Go Fish, Gin, Bridge, Poker, etc). And MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon and whatnot never really appealed to me, for some reason. Never to the point of really committing game rules to memory, at least. I do like the pictures.

I'm terrible at most strategy based games.

I lack the aggressiveness needed.

You aren't making a good case for not playing it.

HearthStone

Its going to be free to play eventually so it is worth giving a shot and it looks really well made.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

I lack the motivation to strategize. I'm not naturally competitive.

Or, rather, I can have the motivation to compete, but it often comes from being angry. And when I'm in that mode, I don't have the clarity of mind to bring my competitive zeal to a logical conclusion.

The Wonderful 101 is the greatest game ever, and has justified my purchase of a Wii U all on its own.

That game sounds like if the Pikmin turned superhero.
With an artstyle charm comparable to Viewtiful Joe.  Wonderfully awesome.

I'm hooked back on Team Fortress 2 and I really, really want to put together a friendly SPL user match. Its a free game so everyone who want's to can participate.

C'mon...it'll be fun.
