Game: What superpower am I thinking of?

Was it forced or voluntary (i.e. mind control = voluntary, telekinesis = forced)? I don't get your definitions of "voluntary" as mind control and "forced" as telekinesis, but there is no mind control or telekinesis involved.
Does anyone have this power, if so, how many? Remember, this is the power itself; you don't need to include mimicry. (I hope I'm not giving too much away) There are two powers with the particular effect involved (as far as I could find). I'll accept either one of them. The latest one has seven acquirers. The earliest one has none.
Is it a popular power? Both are fairly popular.
