You would become a vegetable, the human mind cannot support the knowlege  of the entirety of existence at any given time. It would be better to have a less powerful type of omnipressence which is a combination of enhanced teleportion coupled wtih the ability to be in more than one place at the same time. Giving you the ability to be everywhere at once, only if you chose to be.

Empathy is not a super power. It's a basica characteristic shared by all group organisms which is basically a method of determinning another's mental/emotional state at any said time in order to prolong the general health and social standing of the individual and the group. Unless you have an ability that goes past this such as being able to tell that a fight had broken out recently in a certain place, or having the ability to alter anothers emotions it should not really count as much of a power.

That's not entirely true. Empathy in its social form is considered a normal characteristic, but I'm not talking about normal sympathetic compassion for others; when I speak of empathy, I mean, the feeling LITERALLY comes over me, and I feel it as well. I don't imagine it in order to establish a deeper understanding of a person's situation; it actually feels like whatever they're talking about, or feeling, has happened to me. This is how I can tell who around me is an evil or underhanded person (a skill I've used for years to avoid bad relationships)...

And, NO, Myself, we are not THAT sad. I'm not some weirdo out in Yokeltown, USA trying to develop a superpower just so I can feel special. This ability is a gift I naturally possess, and I'm not the only one. I'm friends with many people who possess prophetic, psychic and empathic gifts. (so NYAHHHH  lol)

that could just be influence from your imagination coupling with that. Questionabley this thread rases a slightly good question, what were the origional super powers that humans used to have? In the bible their are several stories of giants, spirit envokers, and warriors capable of wrestiling lions unarmed and becomming the victor.

Um, why are the Omnis coming up again? I thought we went over this before, nobody can ever truly understand these capacities, which are normally attributed to God. Fine, you want an explanation, I'll give you one to the best of my ability (like I did for Omnipotence).

Omnipresence, also known as Ubiquity is the ability to be simultaneously present everywhere, in any and every place, at any and every time; unbounded, unhindered presence, and therefore the ability to see and be present in every location, within and outside of existence (and the user’s awareness is of such a great magnitude that this ubiquitous perception does not inundate the senses). This ability implies supernatural transcendence of space-time, and thus the inability to sustain a physical body (as physical presence in any one place would imply absence in another, thus contradicting the virtue of this ability).

• This ability cannot be bestowed, boosted, negated, traded, mimicked, absorbed or otherwise manipulated. This ability is a divine faculty, attributed only to a deity (primarily God).

So there. I hope this does not come up again, as discussing the Omni abilities can never be comprehended by anyone other than God himself, and so discussion of such only serves to stir up confusion. Please just take this and make the best sense out of it that you can, and leave it at that.

If I got all of my powers that I have as my characcter there are only three things that are likely to happen.

1.I end up running errands for God for the rest of eternity.

2. I end up saving all of existence by killing satanic forces during the inevitably following final battle.

3. I crack and become the demonic ruler of all of existence while I command hordes of demons while maintaining a thick layer of peace across all of existence using a nuclear grade fist of enforcement.

...Actually something similiar happens in my story in order of 3,1,2

As far as the Omnipotence debates, I hope I covered those as well. And just for good measure...

Omniscience

Omniscience is the capacity to have infinite knowledge about anything and everything. The one who possesses this ability would have little need for sensory-acquired knowledge as all knowledge would be inherently available to them by virtue of their power (allowing them to perceive the past, the present, the future and Absolute Truth). In addition, it is like he would not have any enemies, since he would know and understand everything, and therefore would be able to effectively deal with any and all situations in a posture of non-violence (or strategize to avoid or eliminate all opposition).

I hope my God-given capacity for words has explained THIS as well, so it does not arise and stir up a debate later...
