First, let me preface this statement, by saying that this is just a friendly suggestion/warning.

While it is entirely possible for me to do this. I'd advise a slightly different request.

Photoshopping multiple people into a picture, especially from drawn images, is a process that more often than not end up looking bad even when done by a skilled artist. Different lighting on the characters, different angles, and different art styles can all add up in a collage to break the illusion that they are part of the same image and will make it look like a poor quality image. I'm not expert with photoshop and the likelihood that I can pull this off professionally is very slim.

However, if that's still what you want I can try.

I'd advise a slightly different image if not in which I can draw The penultimate and a couple other black superheroes (maybe two or three). It'd look a whole lot better than a photoshopped image (in my opinion), but you'd have to pick a small number of heroes to include.

That's just my suggestion. You can do with it what you will, I'll respect your decision and make whatever you decide on. After all, this IS a gift.

Hey Phi, I have a few questions concerning your King form drawing.

I've made a little ref sheet to clarify a few pieces. Take a look and let me know which one is the closest for each part.

It's so hard to think of a thing that I really want, that is bigger in scale than a normal thing I would bug you for, without being unrealistic about the time or effort necessary.

Even asking for a pic of The Penultimate fighting a few of his villains would require the effort of making sure you got all the looks right...

I can do that if you pick 2 or three to be with you, but you need to decide soon. There's only a week and a half till Christmas.

These three characters-

Can do. So you with these three characters? With no color information it'll have to be in grey-scale, is that alright?

Well, I could inform you on color, if it's not too much trouble. I mean, you can keep the same colors you did for the Penultimate (red and blue, etc), but as you do each character, feel free to ask.

If it's too much confusion and you'd feel more comfortable doing it greyscale, though, I'm cool with that.

Either way, I'd like the characters to be arranged vertically (kind of a diamond formation--Knockout up front, Forecast and Shade at either side, and the Penultimate up top), cause I may well have it turn into my phone background.

If you provide me with colors, I'll use them. Otherwise I'll just default to greyscale.

Okay, let's see what I can recall for my colors.

Well, we're all Black, so let's start there.

Knockout: Whatever complexion you use for me, Forecast and Shade, use one a touch lighter for Knockout

-Eyes: Hazel (w/ Purple Eyeshadow)
-Lips: Pale Pink
-Costume (Top), Arm Bands, Leg Band, Boots: Magenta
-Costume (Midsection/Torso): Purple

Shade

-Eyes: Brown (Darker than his skin--if I don't like how this color looks on him, we can try indigo? Like the color of the night sky.)
-Costume: Similar to Knockout's costume, in shape, except all black, including short black wristbands covering half the forearm

Forecast

-Eyes: Dark Storm-Cloud Gray
-Costume (Main Midsection): Deep royal blue (use Google images, for 'royal blue', and it's the first result that comes up)
-Accents (Neck/Chest, Armbands, Boots): Goldenrod (again, Google images, first result)

And, of course, do the same color scheme you normally have for the Penultimate; I've even grown sort of fond of the cape (just make me a bit taller than you did for the group NB pic?). If you have any other questions, let me know.
