 Oh, I'm aware that the Star Wars universe is huge. Huge like Doctor Who's universe. I have no intention of immersing myself in ALL of it right now. My mind is a voracious thing, and if I'm not careful, I could get carried away. It could all get very ugly. Mangled bodies of devoured Star Wars information sites everywhere. Messy business.

I think I'll get into it nice and slow. Start off with the movies, with the occasional peek into Wookiepedia, and work my way out from there, like with Doctor Who.

@ Wulf: That's how I did it. Watch movies and play games, looking up extra info on events and characters on the wikis

And then click on this, that,  and this, and that, and basically every link.
So yeah, I've been there. My knowledge of the EU was at first scattered bits and pieces too, but the more I read, the more I slowly connected the dots. But a more organized approach might be better

@ WonderDrow: I'm not a Whovian (yet?) or a Trekkie, so I don't know for certain.
But I'm inclined to say yes.

Hey, folks, thought you guys might appreciate some light holiday reading for Halloween.

So, here, I tracked down a couple of series that might fit the bill:

-Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

I realize it's still the middle of November, but I'd like everyone to start thinking about Christmas. Specifically, I'd like to draw everyone here something as a Christmas gift. Since it is a gift, I'd want everyone to choose what I draw for them. Also, since I'm known to procrastinate, I'd like everyone to start thinking about what they'd like to request me to draw for them soon and let me know in the next couple weeks so I can start working. That way, I'll have plenty of time to finish.

You don't need to tell me immediately, give it some thought and pick something cool. (and provide me with references if needed)

I've been trying to think of which character I would want drawn most. I've had a lot of Gilgamesh pictures lately, so I was thinking maybe we could try a picture of Philote in his ultimate form, though that one is kind of complicated so I might have to fish around for some good references before I can get a good description for you.

 Yes! Ya know, I've been really getting into comics lately, but also my own heroes. I'm torn between asking you to render one of my babies into your art style (like you did with Treelo), and making a fan art piece of some Marvel powerhouse.

I apologize in advance because this is going to be very complicated / specific and I will probably do a horrible job in every aspect in describing things for you to draw.

This is going to be my description for Ultimate / Omega / King form Philote. This will be a description of my most up to date highest level form from my head canon, more up to date than what I've had the chance to show in New Beginning yet.

It is going to be complicated because it has multiple layers to it.

1. Stance: Since this is my King form, I'm thinking the iconic "Serious king standing with his sword impaled before him" look. Specifically the part where Ned Stark is holding his sword with both hands.



2. Sword: My sword, named Halo, remains the same in my Ultimate form but I would like it to be included in the picture. Shaped as below, except there is a horizontal infinity symbol between the blade and hilt, on the guard area. Halo is a blade of nothingness, the absence of Philotes, so it is pure white. For the sake of not appearing like a giant hole in the picture, white with light to mid gray features.



3. Base Body: In my Ultimate form, my Core emits the data of myself / my soul at full force, forcing all other Philotes away and creating a space of nothingness besides my soul. A similar color scheme to sword as a result. Besides having a base human body, my Core's image also has a crown / mask combo.

3.1 Crown: Again, made of nothingness. A circular base with seven spires raising up from evenly spaced points on the crown. The crown is rather tall. Each of the spires is rectangular with a point at the top. One spire in the direct back center, two spires evenly in the front, and the rest spaced evenly around the side.



3.2: Mask: Again, made of nothingness. Similar to below, but not the same pattern. Pattern should be symmetrical but otherwise details can be however you think looks nice. Philote would be wearing the mask, as in the left side of the right picture.



4. Eyes: In my Ultimate form, my eyes take on a strong gold coloring rather than their normal blue / white. My eyes look like two rings, a circle inside a circle.

5. Clothing: In my Ultimate form, all the Philotes pushed away by my Core emitting power condense together into a protective layer. In my head canon, when Philotes are condensed together into pure data, they appear as pure blackness like the night sky. To not be a black blob, this would appear as black with mid to dark gray features, opposite of the nothingness parts of my Ultimate form. In previous Ultimate forms, these Philotes formed into a professional suit like appearance, but in my King form, they would take a more kingly / armored form.

6. Mantle / Robe: In my Omega form, the condensed Philotes are set ablaze partially and emit energy out due to the form's power. So coming out of / on top of the black clothing is this prismatic kingly cloak / mantle / robe. Similar to the energy I made for the elemental king, below.



7. Wings: In my Ultimate form, I still have my two energy wings that start from my Core but become visible from my shoulders, arcing over my shoulders and then extending out, as you drew before below but maybe a little thicker on the shoulders. Of course, since I have the Mantle / Robe on the wings would be coming out of that instead. At their base, the wings take on the prismatic coloring but change into the nothingness coloring as they extend away from the body.



8. Halo: Actual halo, not my sword. A halo that hangs parallel to my body that is about as tall as my body. The halo mimics my eyes in some ways in that it has the double rings and is actually a larger projection of my eye, but it also has more details. The outer ring is a heptagon, 7-sided shape that is prismatic colored. The inner ring is a perfect circle with a mid gray color. My wings usually extend through the inner wing, but with the mentioned pose, the Halo would likely hanging behind where my wings are drawn in. Lastly, inside the inner wing is another image. This is the image for my gate from Aeon's Gate Guardian. It is a black circle with a dark / mid gray center with two more half sized black cirlces with dark / mid gray centers, one bisecting the first circle's edge at the top center and the other on the bottom center. This last bit might be irrelevant since it would probably be hidden behind my base form and not be seen.

9. Soul Sphere: On top of all that, is yet another layer / projection of my spherical Core, my Soul Sphere which is a hardened projection of my soul's energy in a protective layer. Since my Ultimate form is generally entirely inside this sphere, this sphere would probably obscure all the things I previously mentioned, so this would be an optional addition since you would have to create two drawings, one showing the Ultimate form and another showing the Soul Sphere. Though this probably is not that hard since you would just have to save a new layer on photoshop. Anyways, my Soul Sphere is a giant translucent orb with some details across the surface. Similar to below, my Soul Sphere has Ten Gates across the surface with a labyrinth connection below the gates on the sphere, so the labyrinth is only visible where the Ten Gates are not present and the Ten Gates take over most of the surface area except for a gate between the gates. The surface area of my Soul Sphere is divided into 11 equal areas, 10 for the gates and an 11th area directly at the top center where there is a gate sized gap of only the labyrinth material. From this gap there would be two streams of energy that go parallel up and then bend down. These streams would be simplified versions of my wings. Only half of the gates would be visible from one side.



9.1 Soul Sphere 2.0: If you want to even further and create an additional layer / third image, my Soul Sphere has a secondary form where it opens to allow my most inner soul to emit a Data Beam out. Unlike Soul Sphere 1.0 which is mean to be see through so that the Ultimate form below can be seen, Soul Sphere 2.0 has a middle area that completely obscures anything below on the inside of the Soul Sphere. A giant maw opens and within is an image of my eyes, the ring within a ring with the two perfect circles and golden coloring. Looking at the sphere two dimensionally, the maw would stretch from one edge of the sphere to the other. This maw would be on another layer than the rest of the soul sphere, so none of the gates should be moved, it would just appear over top of them temporarily and obscure them. Similar to how below, Timcanpy is a sphere where the mouth is not visible, but the maw can appear over top.



Alright, that is my needlessly complicated Ultimate form with as much detail as I could think up at the moment. Of course, this is a gift so only go as far as you feel comfortable with / have time for, simplify things if you need to, and let me know if you want me to help you work out details later or if I should just shut up and appreciate the gift for me

Okay, so I've (kind of) decided what I want as a present.

What if you could Photoshop the Penultimate into a group pic of numerous different Black superheroes? I mean, I'm not expecting you to render the characters on your own, just borrow them from other pics, have them all surrounding in epic poses and whatnot, with my character in the center of them.

I'm really not sure how difficult that is, to be honest, but I totally get it, if that's too much. If it can't be done, that's fine.

If it *can* be done, on the other hand, I'll gladly get on with the list of folks I'd like to have included in the pic with me.
