Here are some suggestions to help speed things up:

1. Heavenly Bolt (Energy/Light)
2. Circuitry (Energy/Metal) Leaves metal circuits on surfaces that can be programmed to do specific actions.
3. Energy Shift (Energy) Temporarily change your prime element for one attack.
4. Crystal Matrix (Energy/Earth) Creates floating gemstones around you that help defend/attack.
Marv: Earth
1. Rock Candy (Earth/Light) Buffs self or team.
2. Fertile Soil (Earth/Growth) Grassy Earth attacks that grow plants on impact.
3. Earth Mass (Earth) Can affect gravity in a sphere around you.
4. Statue Form (Earth/Growth) Take on the form of an animal statue to gain strength and ability.
5. Stone Meld (Earth) Meld with the structures around you to create a larger golem body.
Jester: Darkness
1. Void Hearts (Darkness) takes the heart of a dead elemental and uses it as a Dark/??? grenade.
2. Grim Scythe (Dark/Metal) Soul warping scythe.
3. Demon Guise (Dark/Growth) Always take on one trait from the current enemy you are fighting.
4. Gravity Bolts (Dark/Earth) Create black spheres that have increased gravity within.
5. Soul's Shadow (Darkness) Summons an alternate of yourself that has opposite abilities but shares the same goals with you.
Bug: Fire
1. Welding (Fire/Metal) Flame attacks leave molten metal in their wake.
2. Sun's Flame (Fire/Light) Creates miniature suns
3. Heated Strength (Fire/Growth)
4. Fuel the Flames (Fire) Consume something with fire and change it into a substance for a Fire/??? attack.
Zale: Light
1. Titan Guardian (Light/Earth) Raises stones and infuses them with light into a stone guardian that mimics your movements.
2. Mark of Light (Light) Write a word in light, which causes the words definition.
3. Spectres (Light/Metal) Creates ghosts of light with metal weapons/parts to defend you.
4. Eden Creation (Light/Earth) Creates a blessed area around you that hurts enemies and assists allies.
FrozenDarkFlame: Ice
1. Arctic River (Ice/Water)
2. Time Delay (Ice) Drains the energy of matter from your perspective making it seem like time is moving slower for you.
3. Path of Frost (Ice/Earth) Creates a frozen path under your feet with its own gravity, allowing you to run/stand in any direction.
4. Yeti Pack (Ice/Growth) Take on the traits of a Yeti and call Ice-made Yetis to assist you.
Dryad (Noire): Darkness
1. Shadow Mimics (Dark)
2. Black Gale / Black Song (Dark/Wind)
3. Miasma (Dark/Wind)
4. Constellation (Dark/Light) Creates constellation constructs to fight for you.
5. Nature's Shadow (Dark/Growth) Dark attacks that contain the power of nature within them.

Keep the others in mind as well, I tried to make many suggestions so that you have ideas for future upgrades as well. Also have to think of finalizing your mutation into a half-elemental as well.

I think I'll go simple and just have jagged stone arms and legs with flat stone eyes, if that's alright.

 Well, why the heck did you just now suggest them? I was pretty sure I already said I wanted Energy Conversion!

I figured I would post suggestions for everyone since we should have a couple chances for more upgrades still.

Light realm should be the shortest so far, mostly for plot, if people would post

I think I'll go with Black Song (Darkness/Wind) which should slightly drain enemy strength, but not give it to Noire, as long as Noire is singing for the first upgrade and Gravity Bolts (Dark/Earth) which I think should be able to increase OR decrease gravity as user desires, but can only be switched in effect every say 5 seconds or so for the second upgrade.

For mutation, Noire will gain pitch black skin that seems to absorb light and not reflect anything.
