@Wulf: Get creative  my character is water but he is using blue lightning bolts infused with water.

@Zale: Yes it will affect your capabilities, the extent to which it does I'll judge based on what mutations people want. You could reference my post in the RP thread for how my characters mutation went.

Well, I was considering giving him translucent skin and glowing veins. Hair is made of strands of light. Both change color according to mood.

For the mutation, can I go with sleek black skin that seems to absorb any light that comes near it, effectively making Noire seem to be pure shadow when she isn't?
