That's a bit of a cheap shot. Affecting something without any repercussions.

Their shadows can harm me, and intense light is a bit deadly but I can deal.

Then you would be be torn to shreds by the shadows of the debris swirling about the colossus. And besides, it'd be a bit difficult to decapitate something that large in one fell swoop.

Not really, small debris doesn't create shadows substantial enough, even then I can control darkness, so as long as it's the shadow of an inanimate object, while I'm in that form I should have some control over it.

It still casts a shadow and with nothing physical to stop it it'd whiz right through your shadow peppering you with holes. Plus, there is more than just small debris, there are some larger things in there too.

Which would also be part of your shadow and be peppered with holes.

Seems you forgot to finish your sentence. And my whole point is that if there's no repercussion for that ability its too much of a cheap shot.

Hmmm...How about a time limit of forty five seconds.

At this point in the RP the group should be fairly strong, and we need to power through some of the fights to move the story forward so I'm not as worried about the powers.

For Jester's shadow form, he would only have to dodge effects made by a foe. Random debris shadows, he can move through without worry, the shadow of something used by the Colossus though he would have to deal with because it was used with the intent to harm him.

As for him affecting the Colossus, just imagine that its shadows have a mimicked version of its energies that you have to overcome before the effects on the shadow are translated to the Colossus. The mimicked defenses on the shadow would be slightly easier to overcome, unless your against something that has powers with shadows as well, than the originals since the point of the power is to let you have something easier to target.

Alright, if anyone wants to add to the final strike against the Colossus then add it now.

@Jester: Tomorrow you can post whatever killing blow you wish to make against the Colossus.

Don't start losing interest now everyone, we are on the path to the final confrontation now.

I would suggest having a couple Upgrades ready to be obtained, if things go as planned we should get several of them quickly.

Also, be prepared to have the physical change ready for your character as they become a half-elemental after this.
