I'm thinking justin will return at some stage, at which point I hope to be in the top 5 and thus may have a greater chance of becoming a mod.

 Mod would be nice, but we need at least one of us to have his same admin privileges. There has to be a way it can be done, if Justin wants.

And at least one person should also be admined on the Superpower List Facebook page, so we can admin the others, and make sure that the site and the site FB page is always kept up.

Yeah.  I totally meant for that one to be a prank power, although I have found myself in situations where that power would be a total riot.  Just try living in Nashville among several of the "socio-economically privileged" Vanderbilt sorortiy chicks who suffer from terminal reality impairment syndrome, paired with an overdeveloped sense of entitlement.  I daresay you might find this power more appealing.

Totally understand the judgment call, Wulf.  No tears shed on my part.  That was my first attempt at a submission.  I was new to the site and I thought I'd test the boundaries a little.

I totally love the whole idea of this thread.  Some of the submissions actually made me cry from laughter.  Then there was the white supremacist one.   Holy Schla-moley!!!  There are people out there who think like that and still draw breath?!?!?!

There are people with some very dark and bigoted thoughts out there. Thankfully they are fewer than the rational ones.

Yeah, but I assumed that they were pretty much the type that couldn't form coherent sentences, much less grok the workings of a keyboard and/or the internet.  I've had a run-in with some Neo-Nazi skinheads a decade ago, but they didn't leave me with an erudite impression.   Guess that's what I get for assuming...

As far as other power submission failures go - I've got troves of of D&D spells and psionic powers rattlinng around in my skull that might/could/should pass muster, but I've been reticent to submit them, due to the obvious concern of plagiarism.  Is there a "Mod Code" I'd be breaking if I converted the greatest D&D "hits" into a digestible superpower analogue for the site?

Any chance we can get a nibble at some of the more humorous denials, anytime soon, Mods?  Wulf's submissions have efficaciously whetted my palate for the more "reality challenged" submissions for the SPL site.

...and yes, I am aware of the blatant subjectivity of the term I used - reality challenged - for a site that voraciously consumes the literature of superpower mythos.

Not so much a logic flaw as it is a laser-focused matter of perspective, IMHO.
