Just by looking at a persons eye you can tell what they fear the most, and you can cast an illusion to frighten them with their worst nightmare.

The good:
You can scare anyone
You know what to say to them to be afraid of you

The bad:
There might be people that are scared of things you wouldnt like to see
This does not make you fearless
You cant tell the fear of a person if the eyes are closed or the person does not have eyes.

This power isn't so much a superpower you really want to brag about since the only way to use it is to be killed. It's a superpower that you won't know you have untill you have a brush with death and the world around you starts to shake around you. The only way to not die and have everyone around you die, is to die of natural causes, in which your body wil disintegrate. Also something to note, if you are in another solar system, your effect will be felt only in that part of the universe.

The good:
People will want to keep you alive for as long as they can.
You can decide the fate of any planet

The bad:
One time use.
Literaly destroys the planet along with half the solar system
Can't do anything fun for everyone will be afraid of your death. I. E. Rollercoasters
