          Iff you don't want to mention god you don't have to, it would be better if we didn't because that would add some extra confllict to the story between him and the other characters.
          I was thinking that he would appear searching for the evolutionists stone for a shot period of time in order to destroy it, because it is similiar to the power output of the anomaly cores. Then after finding out that it was actually a meteorite he would join one of the groups after a small fight in order to take down the overloards before he leaves. He'd probably stop from using his powers to a  certain point, in order to stop Rhiolo from discovering that dimension and spreading the anomaly cores to that dimension, which would cause mass chaos, especially since this world already has super powered evil overlords capable of mass distruction. Then after a while he would probably leave for a bit saying that he had some business to attend to and a week later you would probably see something in the Weekly world news saying that "Two super powered clowns duked it out in Russia, creating world's second grand canyon."

    Sub-powers- Hypnotic Beauty (beautiful to the point that males will often forget what they were saying, will fumble over their words and become clumsy, and will find themselves becoming aroused around her)

    Sub-powers- Hypnotic Charm (charming to the point that males will ignore other females around them, and pay attention to her, find all her jokes the funniest, and see her as incredibly loveable; often she uses this to get males to fight for her, by pretending like she's afraid)

    Sub-power- Excitotoxic Contact (her kiss tastes like 'rainbows and sex and candy', in many mens' opinions; her touch 'feels like her skin is made of ORGASM...')

   Power Scale- 7 (her power is activated at will, and when active, it can affect males of any testosterone-producing species; she's very beautiful and charming, even without her ability, but it only becomes REALLY noticeable when she activates her power)
   
   Control Scale- 8 (she can release the excitotoxins in amounts of her choosing, and her touch allows her to control who she affects, although she can't affect females AT ALL)

How do you decide how powerful an overlord will be. Judging by their positiion and ability to rule over a large group of supers they should be prety powerfull, expecially if they rule without the general obedience of their citizens. But then again Trelain seemed pretty week, so are they all just normal supers "kind of a contradiction" or are the rest of them more around Tamara's powerlevel.

Well some of them are very powerful but others are manipulative.

I think that the best overlord is not the one with the strongest ability but the best manipulator.

Examples.

Geokinetic-weakest overlord-no sort of manipulative capacity of all easily defeated

Trelaine----He had some sort of psychological warfare understanding which let him frighten even Tamara before Tamara gained the courage to seal Trelain away. Also had the brain chip thing which proves that he is crazy prepared.

Lisa Lee Cade---Has persuasive abilities(What more can I Say? Persuasion goes a long way in getting people with good powers/connections on your side)

Ella Camphrey-Fear is a very good ability to control people(As they say it is better to be feared than loved.)

Dakana Mbembe-Fire is also a very good way to invoke fear as well as can also be a symbol for a great leader--in most fiction Fire is the symbol of the heroic leader so yeah that's a very good power for a leader

Voras Keegan-Master tactician an army with superior weaponary as well as the ability to do something to you with dark matter(Not only does he have one of the strongest abilities in the RP, more importantly as one of the best tacticians with good officers he might even be able to conquer the world--but his weakness of aging will catch up to him soon.)

Controller-Control over anything that uses electric signals including simple human motor functions

(Imagine a whole town with robot patrols and operations to install computer chips to people-that resist control. That would be Controller's modus operadi leaving him in full control of most of the population----This fact alone makes Controller scary since he has direct control over almost everyone so they would need some sort of army to even beat him- and the fact that he can hijack any electronic communication within the city makes him even scarier The only problem is that he is super weak without his powers so that once you find where he is hiding at anyone can incapacitate or kill him)

They are actually very powerful; Trelaine was not superhuman at all, and relied only on raw skill, and the abilities of others. In deciding Overlord strength and power, you basically leave it up to the character's creator. For example, Lisa-Lee Cade is more powerful that Caleb Trelaine (not that she just has an ability, but her territory is greater and her subjects are actually loyal to her). Not Tamara's power level, to be sure, but her power, combined with her influence makes her a toughie if she's up against someone.

EDIT: Yeah, Wish, that's very true, the manipulation factor seems to be the dominating factor in how powerful they REALLY are.

@Wish: Meh, still Lisa-Lee, because of the persuasion part of her power, but Bliss is a close second.

I think I'd ratha have Lisa Lee in a fight because see can also attract male animals...especially if we happen to be in a wilderness area or a zoo.

Yeah, she's stronger than Bliss, and her range is wider (having both persuasion and seduction powers, as well as Seductive Submission), but Bliss has pretty good abilities, too, what with being a living weapon of sexual chemical warfare.
