Personality: Luke is rather unlucky and his bad luck tends to spread. Thus he is one of the most feared men in the world with an extremely high bounty. Given this mentality he does not like to stick around anywhere too often and is always on the move. He has made some friends however but he rarely calls since he usually gets bad reception. Many people fear him because he looks dangerous and people move out of his way if they know who he is.

Background:

Because of his power, he causes huge accidents in public displays leading him to have an extremely high bounty on his head. Most people tend to keep a distance from him because they don't actually have any idea what his power is since he caused so many accidents. He is a personal friend of John Smith since he somehow remembers him.

Knowledge- The locations of various superhumans, superhuman factions, gangs and overlords, knowledge of the rules and regulations of various overlords and overladies, can speak many languages non-fluently

Skills- Free running, Master of Disguise(but he always gets found out in the end), dealing with tough situations, master escape artist, some martial arts

Yes it still can be negated, though you could argue that the negator would negate his own power due to malfunction but.......it depends on who is writing him I guess.

I say because he has no control over his own power that sometimes it will be negated and sometimes it won't.

The one with psychic song looks okay nothing I really want to say.
The last one seems even more powerful than the overlord she works for. Entropy control seems really powerful.

Power- Downloading- able to download the traits, composition and skills of people, things and superheroes with a touch, he stores this knowledge in his head and uses it for later. For example if he "downloads" the composition of metal he will be able to emulate the metals traits, being very hard and shiny.

Sub-power- Has a Yottabyte memory (1000 to the power of 8) which stores all the infomation he downloads and uses later

Reason why he has to conceal his identity? He's being pursued by the government.

Dislikes- Wild animals, Dancing, Embarrassing friends, annoying morons.

Phobias- That an annoying animal of some kind will decide to follow her around.

Personality: A very introverted person, she doesn't give much away about herself willingly. She usually  has a very good idea of how many people she knows think. Clea often annoys people with her cryptic statements and bizarre proclamations. She's not that much of a social creature, willing to put up with people, but she gets annoyed if to many people try to talk to her at once. Highly perceptive.

=Skills=

Knowledge-  French, How to play many different card games, How to drive a few kinds of vehicles, Cooking.

Skills- Acupuncture( Ouch!), Usage of tarot cards, getting the vending machines to cough up free stuff.

Nonskills- Dealing with wild animals... Or any kind of animals really.

=Superpowers!=

Power- Divination(Cartomancy) the ability to use a deck of cards in order to divine events to come, events past or the answer to yes/no questions. Patterns of pulled cards may imply good fortune, bad fortune, a weather prediction, or the like.

Her power works in a different way than precognition. I'll use a metaphor.

If the future were a fire, a precog would stare directly at it to see the future, Clea would be looking at the shadows to guess what might happen.

I.E. Her power relies on her interpretation of what the cards say. Her power is, in itself, all but infallible. However, she can -and does- get what her powers means wrong.  

Otherwise, she can use any kind of cards (Playing cards, Baseball cards, even pokemon cards), but prefers to use Tarot cards because they have obvious meanings and pretty pictures. (And also so she can see the look on people's faces when she draws something like "Death").


    Sub-power- Enhanced perceptiveness. (She is much more perceptive than the average person)  

   Power Scale- 7  (Her powers can see for several decades into the past, several days into the future (Unless it's a REALLY big event happening), as well as nearly anywhere across the world. But, because of the necessary interpretations and the required cards, she can't always use her powers to the fullest)
   
   Control Scale- 3 (Her powers only work when she wants them to - and has cards- but they don't always give the info she wants, or might make something so cryptic it's useless until after you'd need to know it.)
