Do adaptation. You can have multiple ones at once and it provides the same uses while more as shapeshifting while letting you retain human form.

Well, actually, Aquatic Adaptation is like already HAVING the adaptations needed to survive in an aquatic environment, but I like YOUR interpretation as well...it's like a specialized underwater version of Reactive Adaptation, which is cool.

I think I'll go with yours.
