Alright then, two ways I can do this.

Bury the dog with a quick one two. form a hole directly beneath it by taking a large portion of earth, and then when it falls, burry him by giving the earth back, leaving his head out of the ground.

Or, give a wad of dirt to the dog's mouth, have bug tackle him, and then we figure out what to do afterward.

Also wulf, I might ask your character to multiply some human flesh, unless Vault will allow me to Give and take injury.

It injured my character and my character is a starving ex military russian sniper/medic whose spent the last few weeks locked in a basement with mostly teenagers.

Not automatically, but he just has a rough history and a requirement for passing initiation into the russian special forces is killing a chicken that you raised from an egg with your bare hands.
