I've never really watch most of it. Only bits and pieces.

I rarely watch anime, or read manga. Really I have no excuse, to be honest, though. There's online websites for both. I just get distracted by other online stuff too easily.

I'm pretty sure the manga has been cancelled, haven't heard any news about it for awhile, but a couple volumes were released.

Stan lee......er the character that just happens to look like him has created a series of robots, half good and half evil and has released them into the world to fight it out until one side ultimately proves to be stronger than the other.

In the picture above, the red one of the left is the hero Ultimo and the green one is Vice. Both have mechanical based shapeshifting powers, their legs can turn into rockets, and the things you see on their hands can turn into a variety of weapons.

Each one is partnered with a human and only with the human can they realize their full potential. These humans get reincarnated as the robots keep battling it out.

Yes.

I read like one of the chapter things because one of my friends let me borrow their shouen jump magazine thing once.

I mostly know about it, however, due to the remarkable about of subtext.
