It seems I was wrong and Ultimo has not been cancelled, I only thought it was since I was unable to find news on it or any new chapters.

This forum seems to have a few chapters beyond chapter 15 : http://ultimo-translate.leforumgratuit.com/

But all the manga/manwha scanlation websites I know only go up to chapter 15.

I quit for a different reason. I got tired of characters being discarded into the background and the Naruto's whole chosen one thing, especially in contrast to hard working Lee.

Then again, I guess I'm spoiled by Oda and the fact that he never forgets anyone.
